Flooring Leader

Went to the store to find it closed. A wasted trip even though the hours were stated on the door and showed open on the website.

3 Weeks ago we bought flooring from flooring leade, thee floor looks and is great, It was a great flooring and a great day price. I would recommend this product and store to anyone who wants a great product at a great price. I can't thank them all enough for the help they provided to us.

Just have to say, they went out of their way to get the product I needed.I needed 1 box of flooring to match an existing floor. had it in no time.

Staff were very helpful - lots of suggestions on what type & colour of flooring would work - got to take home lots of samples and once the decision was made they kept us updated on delivery. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring!

Love my new floor. The price was right, the installation was very professional and well done, the staff all very helpful.

Started out as a good experience. However, after ordering the flooring we were into our 3rd week of waiting. Numerous times being told that it would be on the next shipment. (Granted, the store cannot control what ever screw ups happen at warehouse). But the store was by no means proactive in attempting to get our order in, nor did they answer our phone calls or return calls. It did not feel that they genuinely cared. We canceled.

Very disappointed! After picking out our carpet we were given a date for measurements to be taken. The appointment was made for 4:30 Friday afternoon, arrangements were made to leave work early to be home and they were a no show. Tried calling the store before closing time and there was no answer. Gave them a second chance the following week and this time was told they would call back within the hour to confirm another appointment time for Friday morning when someone would be home and it is now Saturday morning and we have not had a call or measurements taken. We have always tried to shop local to support business but business also needs to support thier locals.

This floor looks amazing, the staff is very helpful and kind. They understand and listen to your wants, and help in every way. I have recommended people to buy flooring there and they all agree it's a great place.

I had Flooring Leader replace the carpet flooring with hardwood flooring.The staff at Flooring Leader were very helpful in selecting the right flooring at the best price. The installer was very knowledgable in installation techniques and very accommodating.I recommend this Flooring outlet to others, who are in the look out for new flooring.
