We just had our security system completely upgraded by Prices Alarms. Sue Laughlin came out to our remote location and walked the property, providing insight on our needs. She was very professional and worked with us to meet our scheduling requirements, both in terms of providing the quote and in helping to schedule the arrival and timing of the installation tech. The technician that came to do the install, Ben Elliot, was superb. Ben understood exactly what was required, and worked within our timing to avoid staff in various areas as they arrived for work. He managed to complete all of the replacements and upgrades in each area, and fully tested everything before he prepared to leave. I am happy to recommend them both, as well as Price's in general for any type of security system quote and installation.
