Louis Vuitton Calgary Chinook Centre

My wife and I have been frequenting Chinook Centre for over a decade. When LV opened its doors at this new location 4 years ago, I never stepped foot inside until more recently. I always felt the brand represented a certain level of ostentatiousness and pretentiousness. I’ve always assumed the people working in the store would be arrogant and rude. I was mistaken.Both my wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about the store and its employees. Any high-end boutique store understands the importance of customer satisfaction and as such prioritizes customer experience. I believe this is the reason they have employees at the door greeting every customer and they try their best to pair every customer that walks in with a SA in a timely manner. I have zero issues with this policy.Unlike some of the other negative reviews, I’ve found the store management to be top notch. Margot is pleasant, welcoming and always eager to help. I truly appreciate her real, down-to-earth personality - nothing fake there. Claudia is the other manager who got my wife and I interested in the brand in the first place. She is the most warm, genuine and caring person I’ve met. On top of that, her visual merchandising skills is on another level. Every time my wife and I walk in the store, we can see her handy work displayed around the store. Not sure how Claudia does it but my wife who happens to be very picky always manages to spot something on display. Bravo and thank you, Claudia.Is every employee the perfect and best match for every customer? Absolutely not. Having said that, both Margot and Claudia always go out of their way to ensure goodness of fit. They always prioritize customer needs and satisfaction. I highly recommend the LV Chinook Store.

I had an awesome first time buyer experience here. My SA Jessica was very patient when I’m trying to narrow down my choices. She also made sure the cardholder I got was free of any damage! I honestly didn’t see the flaw until she mentioned it. I got a bag and a cardholder, so happy with my purchase!

Usually the type to order online but had to come in as I had a whole surprise planned for my mom. I was immediately supported by Bafi who was the most amazing and patient sales associate that catered to every one of my requests. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect. Her warm approach and kindness is what really helped Gerard purchase his Louis Vuitton briefcase. In addition, to those abilities she has a good heart and really is passionate about the Louis Vuitton brand it was very apparent and inspiring to be in the presence of. I rarely ever leave reviews, but felt this is important so that people don’t waste thousands of dollars.Please don’t be fooled by the salesmen/women who take care of you when you were initially purchasing. The moment you charge your credit card and step out of that door, you will not be welcomed back, unless you are making more purchases.In particular, Margot who is in charge of the store, could seriously use some customer relationship classes. She talks over her customers and has zero flexibility and goes on a power trip to be quite honest.My mother went to go and see if any repairs could be done on her bag because the bottom was wearing out (Of course she would’ve paid for the service, but just requires assistance in getting this done.) No one was interested in helping her out. It just goes to show that they’re only obligation is to complete the purchases- after which you are completely on your own.If you like LV, honestly go to any other location who sells it. You will probably be treated for better for the exact same product. Chinook location needs new management.

I dropped by LV Chinook today June 5th as per my sales rep Dave's suggestion. He told me to bring my defective Limited Edition Neverfull which my brother in law bought in Louis Vuitton 5th Avenue New York last May 31,2013. The Store Manager greeted me, and told me that he recognized me and chatted with me when I first came in March 2023 about the complaint I have. I was meant to see him tonight as per Dave Sander's instructions. But he immediately said he won't be able to talk to me as he is greeting" tonight

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Anh Vu today and I just wanted to write a review thanking her for the experience she provided me. She was incredibly attentive, kind, compassionate, and patient. She was genuinely happy to help me find the perfect handbag and gave me the full fabulous Louis Vuitton experience. She had such a good energy and made the environment so welcoming and my transaction easy. Thank you so much Anh for your wonderful customer service and kindness. I wish everyone was like her!

I was at the Calgary chinook store to buy a bag. I was greeted by the lady at the door and was told that someone will be with me to assist me with my questions. I waited around 10-15 minutes and no was available to help. Extremely disappointed with staff service. I left disappointed.

We love popping into this LV store as Ann works here. She beams with a big smile when she sees us everytime. She is very welcoming and helpful.Becuase we have a good rapport with Ann, we tend to prefer working with her. She also calls us when new and hot items come in. In the past, she has found us some great products and given us lunar new year red envelopes.She even remembers our kids and offers water to them. Great customer service from her which represent the Louis Vuitton brand well.
