I had a great experience with Enerliv from start to finish. The estimator was honest, straight forward, and very thorough in determining what's needed and made great recommendations. The installers showed on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Very prompt communication from the head office and it all comes at a fair price!

They replaced the insulation in my attic and did a good job of it. However, their machine broke down mid-job and it took weeks of phone calls and voicemails left with the owner to get them to come back. I understand they were waiting for a part to come in, but there was zero communication. Finally when I threatened to have another company come to finish the job they arrived the next day. Happy with the results and the on-site workers were great, but the process with management was very frustrating.

ENERLIV left a card soliciting work at an ongoing project. I booked three confirmed appointments for quotes. One last minute cancellation and 2 no shows with no communication.
