Fantastic customer service, very accommodating for newly independent people such as myself, I had just moved into my first place and had no clue how setting up my wifi worked, and I was offered in-person, over the phone, and text support if I needed any help at all. Received my package within 48 hours of ordering, and within 10 mins of opening the box I had high speed internet up and running. A month in, and there have been 0 issues. The app used to set everything up is very user friendly. Very satisfied, and it’s a local company. Win win. Highly recommend going through GetEnergy for wifi services.

Excellent service great internet easy to hook up , billing set up simple and easy . Coming from a Telus background they could learn a lot from these people. Call , ask questions and oddly enough you can understand the answer and no run around.

We switched our utilities over to Get Energy several months back and have been very happy with the reduced cost. Decided to also switch to their WiFi and this has sealed the deal! So much faster, no more drops, and also cheaper. All wins in my books!

GetEnergy has been excellent to work with. We had solar panels installed on our house in 2019 and our installers recommended looking at GetEnergy's solar program. Easy to switch from the high solar rate in the summer to the low (regular) rate in the winter to make our payback period for the panels shorter.

We have been using Get Energy’s services for our home electricity requirements for several years now and are only stoping because we sold our house.They have been excellent to deal with, very professional and with very competitive rates .While I have heard some of my friends complain about their electric bills ours have remained relatively the same with very little increase at all.I would highly recommend Get Energy and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
