I like to shop local but after trying to buy a women's bike two times in a week and receiving no help from the sales staff I had to go somewhere else. I have heard the owner is good and the shop has great bikes. The first sales person showed me two bikes but said they are to small and then she went and sat behind the counter. The second time I made sure I had a different sales person. When I asked her to explain the difference between two styles of bikes she said I guess preference". Then just stood there until I said "thanks bye" When I am going to spend $1000 on a bike I do need to know what I am buying. I hope the owner knows that when he is not there some of his sales staff really don't care."

I brought my bike there twice to get them to fix my chain/gears from slipping. When I got it back the problem was still there. I brought it back and told them what the problem was. The held on to my bike for another week and did nothing to it. The problem is still there after they worked on it twice.

Our family had such an amazing experience with Country Cycle! We originally brought our kids in to get bikes. Melissa was incredible as she interacted with energetic children and answered all of our questions. We were so impressed with the service we received that we returned to buy new bikes for me and my husband too. Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! We are now committed customers!
