So we tried them again this year twice and had much better service! Selection wasnt the best, but they did have something that suited what we were looking for both times, so it did the trick.Old review: score was 1 star. Went in looking for fleece layer for my son and goggles for his mother. Were in the store for 30 minutes, staring at racks. No one approached us or asked if we wanted any help. So we left. We'll take our money elsewhere...

Best service i have ever had in a ski shop.

During 2022 school spring break we travelled to Eastern townships for some great skiing experience. While skiing at Mont Sutton, the skis of one of the kids broke completely. We still had a few days left of skiing and did not want to rent (too expensive and we ski all the time). I found this excellent beautiful shop at Bromont where we were scheduled to stay for the rest of the trip. Sports Bromont employee was happy to serve us, made great recommendations and their technician installed the bindings while we waited. The price was great too. We were ready to ski the following day. What a wonderful, quick and high quality service! The result: happy kid and uninterrupted vacation. Thank you so much!

What an experience! Went to gear up my partner, and we had amazing service. After spending a night in the car, the ski shoes were rigid and didn’t fit properly so we went back, and they warmed them up for us, gave us plenty of tips etc. Amazing service. They even recommended another shop for my snowboarding needs instead of trying to push their stock on us. Highly recommend!

This store is so amazingly welcoming and helpful. After not being able to rent equipment from the ski rental store at the station, we came to Ski Bromont and decided to purchase a set. The crew was really cordial and helped us make the best decision for our budget.I came by next day because I left my ski boots in the car trunk overnight and they were very lovely and heated my boots back so I could have a good day of ski.I highly recommend this store.

Good selection and prices, but beware of no return policy - very poor in this age of Amazon!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced... go to UBAC instead. It’s a redundant experience, I keep giving them a chance but they really fail every time.

Funny story....I was in Bromont for the holidays and actually took my skis to UBAC (another shop in town) for a full tune up. They have a nice new machine in the back room. I asked a few questions and I quickly surmised they have no idea what they are doing. Anything beyond 'pushing the start button' on the machine is stretch. The customer service and attitude was awful. I walked away as I had zero confidence in the ski technicians. Drove down the road and found Sports Bromont. What a difference, they did a great job on my skis.
