The people at Best West are not only amazing and friendly and helpful. But they are genuinely able to offer you real knowledge on your Animal, and what foods, treats, chew toys, are now available, and safe for your animal. As much knowledge if not more than a Vet, in that these people basically study dog food, and treats, and they are experts on the subject.

Great place for a groomer, and I think it is comparable to other places— it is $70 or so dollars for the full bath, grooming, nails, etc. and they even give your dogs a bandana or tie little ribbons in their hair when they are finished.Abigail is very kind and my dogs always look great after seeing her. My maltese dog is especially anxious around groomers, but she doesn’t seem anxious at all here.As for the products, it is a pet store. It isn’t cheap but they carry many specialty products. Similar price to corporations like Pet Smart or Petland. I prefer to shop locally, so I choose this place over the others. ☺️

Always an easy shopping experience at Best West. I usually get what I need and more. They tend to have cat toys that other stores in the city do not. You can also get the bigger cans of cat food there, like the Boreal brand.
