They found solutions to challenges that supply chain delays presented and completed the project in a timely manner. I called ComfortHub to get an estimate to install one of their York AC unit for my new townhouse. I got a call within a day to schedule an evaluation meeting. That's when I first met Jeremy. He was very thorough in explaining every detail of the installation and the expectations, showing me pictures of their previous work. We used Comfort Hub to install a ductless air conditioner in the our main bedroom as well as add a humidifier to our current furnace. The whole process from quote to installation was seamless and very well done. During the fall season and the change over from AC to heat, our previous furnace decided to pack it in. Due to the busy time of year, we had some challenges finding companies that were interested in resolving our issues. Some did not even bother to return our calls. Comfort Hub not only returned the call but was on site within a couple days to scope out the issue. Within a couple days we had agreement for a new furnace and an installation date in the near future. Jeremy and Taylor were the install crew and did fantastic job. We had a few special requirements due to low ceiling clearances and these were addressed as well as hanging the furnace as opposed sitting on the old base. Great install crew and I have no hesitation in recommending the guys or the company. Thanks for the responsive and excellent service.

We are extremely happy we chose Comfort Hub to install our cold climate air source heat pump. Jeremy provided a lot of source material and different options so we could make an informed decision. From requesting an initial quote to getting the heat pump installed, Jeremy was responsive, very knowledgeable and professional. I had the Comfort Hub guys install my new AC unit at the end of April 2022. The options and quotes provided were clear from the beginning, and the negotiation was fair enough. The team came here and replaced my AC and other furnace parts within the estimated time, left no mess and cleaned everything. I wish I had a picture of before and after the service. I really enjoyed the work and am considering Comfort Hub to check my heater before winter. I definitely recommend them!
