They do not live up to their “35 year experience”. They have 0 experience. I had to wait for hours for an inexperienced mechanic to show up. Waited 2 hours and he couldn’t figure out the problem. Got charged $800 !! On one hand they charged me for service call , they charged me for that and on the other hand for shop supplies when nothing was fixed and I did not go to the shop at all. They have no knowledge about trucks. Very pricy and not worth your while!

Because of places like this mechanics have rip off reputations. Absolutely don't stand behind their words. Would not admit if they do wrong. Never again. Always took my hino to Calgary before and will do it the same from now on.

9 hours/3000 $ to diagnose a no start. Could not fix.Took to dealer, in 1 hour diagnosed and fixed- air in fuel line.

Great service, very helpful in walking me through their process, they even let me see the service that was going on. Would strongly recommend to anyone with big truck issues to car issues, I swear these guys can fix anything! Amazing staff and the owner is always understanding and willing to help out, and always quick with a reasonably priced bill. All in all ETR Truck and Trailer Repair is my go to shop from now on! Thanks you guys.

Chance (the mechanic) came in did the hard work changed brake pot n got me rolling great guy good work if you want ask for rate when you call its upto your need they service too that's my experience will definitely recommend thx for help again chance
