Really loved my experience here at first they kind of made fun of me for being from Toronto which kind of bothered me at first but after talking to the staff a little longer I sort of realized I was just being sensitive and that all the guys here are super sweet and easy going also quite knowledgeable the atmosphere here is very relaxing too

I took one pc for 3 hours in the bunker 28$ , it was pretty clean but the pc was lagging then I switched to another one because it seems the one I was playing on was booked by a person that did not came , the second pc I waited 45minutes for the game to download (thanks for the operator who gave me 30minutes for free)After a long installation the game was freezing and the hole system isn’t optimized it has plenty of bugs the staff is nice but it seemed they don’t really know anything about the parts of the pc . I won’t say it was the worst experience but it needs a lot of work to make it better .

Nice staff and receptionist, no real food there and the snacks at the place are pretty overpriced so if you’re looking forward to a long stay, bring some food with yourself!Computers have great performance and good internet connection. One thing they could work on is keeping the popular games updated so when we come we don’t have to waste 25 minutes of our time just waiting for the update to finish. Also, the internet crashed as soon as we came in the place which kind of scared me but it didn’t crash for the next 3 hours i stayed there so that shouldn’t be a problem.

TL;DR: If you're from a place where internet cafe is not common & you're passionate about esports, it is a must-visit. If you're already familiar with a place like this, it's a charming humble gaming cafe that attracts plenty of people who are passionate about PC gaming. And the guy that was working there when we visited (Pierre-Luc) was very helpful.Longer version: We were American tourists from Chicago, Illinois visiting Montréal, & I genuinely appreciated a place like this.1st of all, I am speaking as a PC enthusiast who is passionate about CSGO (I attended majors & other LAN tournaments... I also play quite a lot), so I made sure to seek this place out among other places in Montreal knowing that internet cafe/PC bang/PC 방 is more established in a European-ish place than where I'm from. When we 1st arrived, the gentleman who worked there, Pierre-Luc, was delighted to help us out. We had a nice conversation as it was easy that we had common interests about PC hardware & games. The place was a bit full b/c the kids of were out of school for the Easter weekend, but we were still able to find 2 free PCs to play on.At the time of my visit (2019 March) almost all of the hardware in the cafe featured i5-6700 CPU & AMD RX580 GPU on a 1080p 144hz monitor, so they allowed pretty above-average experience with many titles (especially esports titles). They even allowed me to use my own G502 mouse while I was there. Again, the hardware they feature will likely vary from the time that you are reading this b/c they are likely to refresh their hardware every 2 to 4 years. You can download your own configs (at least for CSGO) if you uploaded your cfg file on Dropbox or Google Drive, but it is strongly discouraged that you do not plug in your own flash drive for the sake of all the hardware (I completely understand why, b/c of the risk of having customers being allowed to upload anything if it's malicious). If you use very slow mouse-sensitivity for FPS genre [as in x<800eDPI (effective DPI) which isn't used by too many, but some do], you might have difficulty swinging your mouse around w/o having your hands bumping into your neighbor. If you're a FPS enthusiast that does use slow mouse-sens, then you can bring your own smaller 60%, 75%, or TKL that you probably already own to mitigate this problem. It's a place that was promoted by pro CSGO player, Stephanie Harvey/MissHarvey, so it's a known place if you're involved in the CSGO community. As an American CSGO fan who has never visited an internet cafe that prominently featured CSGO, it was well worth a visit among other notable places that we visited around Montreal.

Love it here. Super friendly staff, the computers are nice. They leave some disinfecting towels to clean the keyboards yourself if you wanna be clean. Also they did alot of artwork on the walls recently. Looks super cool.
