Staff are polite but most are slow and don't try to go faster when the drive thru is backed up.Even more annoying is that they open at 5am but workers won't answer the com system till 10 or 15 minutes later.This has happened to me several times.

Took 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and they messed up putting the order in so gave us wrong food. When corrected made us pay the difference and had us wait another 20 minutes. Even though we had been there longer than any other customer, they waited to remake ours last, and when the cook heard she had to redo it, threw our food at the wall and started yelling at us. Absolutely unprofessional. Every employee here needs to be retrained. Manager deserves to feel ashamed.

The slowest service I’ve ever experienced. They took 10 minutes to make two sandwiches and when we got to the car they weren’t what we ordered. Came back inside and they told us for what we wanted in the first place would be another 2 dollars. We waited another 10 minutes for them to raise their voice and and talk back asking if I wanted a refund. Never go here if you want your food in a timely manner and not to be disrespected. I’d put 0 starts if I could.

The worst Timmy ever in Ontario. slow, no smiling at all the manager looks like she doesn't care... I've never seen so many cars leaving the drive thru! The worst customer service no one apologize from the fast food

The inside is well done with the new decor. The drive through has many flaws. The turn radius is too small. Leaving trucks and even cars hitting the Nara cafe with the back driver side wheel well. Then the exiting there is a curb without any vertical sign to warn you. Many tire marks there

There’s a reason why you pay them minimum wage it’s cause there is minimal work effort put in and that’s it. expect a 20 min wait time for coffee during peak and none peak times. And if someone orders something other then a coffee. That creates even bigger issues and longer wait times . Avoid if you can. It’s no better going inside they take your order and walk in circles trying to find themselves.

Closed early instead of saying sorry we’re closed made us sit there in the drive thru and than shooed us away when we drove up !

Came here for a coffee like I always do, and the lady at the register was rude to me giving me a “pep talk” on why I shouldn’t drink coffee cause it will give me a heart attack she said. I was already having a bad day and she made it worse, the drink was fine and the other staff was nice but that woman lets me know for sure that people can’t just mind their own business.
