Do not, I repeat DO NOT EVER EVER park your car here or use this company to park. We parked our car here and could not get it out the following day because when we called, we kept getting transferred. 1 person told us that we should dial a number to get a door code to access the stairway to get to our vehicle. Another person told us that there must be an on-duty clerk to assist us (there isn't). Another person told us that we needed an area code in order for them to find our parking location and she could not find the lot with the address of their own parking garage. After hours on the phone, we finally found a friend to drive us into the parking lot, we got into our vehicle and then followed her car right back out. A nightmare!

These guys are crooks...don't park here. Jacked their prices 40% up to $15 in the last year, and lie about cost on their signs. Garage is disgusting...stairwells smell like urine, garage door never opens when you go to leave. Was fine when it was $10...find a better place to park at this price!

Customers really have to FIGHT" to be able to pay for the parking at this location. There are million of things which you have to know and really DIG OUT of the customer service people
