We have worked with Canadian linen across our 19 locations since the 90's and they have always been great to work with. Our account rep Kathy especially, she is always available and ready to correct an issue if something does arise.

I work in a busy restaurant in downtown where we use a ton of napkins , table cloths and kitchen uniforms everyday, and Aldo And Raymond never fails to come every Wednesday to drop off and pick up the dirty ones and they make sure we have enough to last us! They are always friendly and super thoughtful! I would recommend!

We have been using Canadian Linen and Supplies for the last 30 years, and have received nothing short of excellent service. As with services of any kind, there are sometimes issues that need to be dealt with. Our manager, Kathy G is extremely efficient and professional in finding a solution to any problems that may arise. Canadian Linen have been our uniform suppliers for 30 plus years. I have dealt with Kathy Gleig (our account manager)for most of this time. We have a very good relationship and all the services they provide are great value. Any time we have had a need, all I have to do is contact Kathy, and things get done. Kathy is a main reason we have been with Canadian Linen for so long. Price is important, but the Customer Service is far more important for me, and this is where Kathy is a true winner.

Canadian linen is an absolute dumpster fire of a uniform company. Never… I mean NEVER even attempt to do business with these scam artists. They charge above and beyond their contract terms and also do not deliver services. I’ve gone weeks without coveralls showing up and still get invoices for service when my employees are trying to do work with no uniforms and the dirty laundry bag FULL for weeks. I cancelled my contract due to constant breach of terms by Canadian linen. When you try to reach out to the manager to get the issues solved and the invoices corrected you get absolutely no where. Instead they send a collection agency after me to collect $4000??? Canadian linen was supplying my company with coveralls for two employees!!!!!! For $4000 I could have bought enough coveralls for my guys and a washing machine and done it myself for less headache. They are complete scam artists. Stay far far away.
