So much fun! Great experience and plenty of grades to climb! Had a great time, only got a day pass, but the momemt was worth it. Wanted to get a membership but the prices are a bit inflated compared to what they offer as the size of the place is not so big.

We bought a day pass and loved it. Signed one of the kids up for lessons. It was a popular spot with all different age groups and various difficulties in climbs. I was pleasantly surprised how many adults were there climbing, I thought this place was more geared towards children/teens but it's for everyone. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been going to the grotto off and on for years now and this is definitely my happy place. I’ve never had a negative experience here, the people and staff are always friendly and willing to help and the routes are changed regularly. Definitely recommend for anyone new to the area or new to climbing.

Beautiful set up with new walls.Lots of space and a place to put your bike inside. Highly recommend.sad to see that there’s no dogs allowed(except for service animals.) In past you could bring your dog to go climbing with you.

Was great to climb here. Hadn't been since pre renovation, but it's really bright and modern now, and significantly bigger. The route setting was also technical and interesting. Friendly staff as well!

Our Scout Troop visited for the 2-hour Belay program and had a great time. We learned 2 knots, the grigri belay system, climbed and belayed each other, and had some free climbing time as well. We are so grateful for the opportunity to add this to our program!Our biggest challenge was finding the front door - at Victoria, walk through the restaurant patio towards the corner of that space to find the front door. After that, we had a great time!Unfortunately I can't add any photos with our scouts in them...

The staff went out of their way to help my husband and myself as new climbers. Explaining gym etiquette and safety guidelines. Guided us through so basic climbing and how to get the most out of the visit. Overall a very positive experience.
