FEX Family Enterprise Xchange has been a game changer for our business. A valuable resource for family business members and advisors to connect, learn about family business principles and strategies, and hear stories and experiences around conflict resolution, succession, and more. Regular information sessions around these and other topics are a bonus of membership. Personal advisory groups (PAGs) are also an incredibly valuable tool, allowing family business members to connect monthly with other family business members in different industries in a confidential environment to learn from one another's experiences.

Meeting others involved in the family business space empowered me with a safe space to evaluate and discuss family business specfic issues (succession planning, board engagement, long term strategy,) that I was facing. Simulataneously, the FEX network enabled us to dialogue together knowing that these issues were not just unique to each of us.
