Centennial Moving

I paid extra for extended coverage insurance because I know moving can cause damage. After damaging a $600 bike, they are offering me $50 in compensation. Highly disappointed at the lack of transparency and accountability by this company. Don't bother paying extra for more coverage, it's basically the same as the basic coverage. It's just a scam to get more money out of you.The movers on the other hand were delightful in every way. They tried their best to keep everything together and were very kind through the whole thing.

Absolutely amazing moving company! Everyone worked together to make sure my move was as seamless as possible. I'm very impressed by Jacob's professionalism and etiquette! He did everything to make my moving possible, taking in account my special needs. Eric is also very professional and courteous. They were both communicative, worked quickly, and very friendly. Delivery driver and helper are exceptional persons, friendly and polite. They delivery on time and took great care of my belongings. I would definitely recommend Centennial Moving!

My husband and I moved from Vancouver to Toronto. The entire process of getting online quote to getting my stuff delivered was very efficient. I loved the online functions for planning for each room for furniture vs. boxes. I received regular updates and estimates time of arrival. The weight estimate was pretty accurate. The staff on both pick up and drop off ends were courteous and professional. The coordinator helping me move my stuff was detail oriented, tagging each and every single item I need to move. Nothing was missed when I received all my stuff back. Overall I would recommend Centennial Moving for long distance movers.

Family relocated from Ontario to Alberta. Hired Centennial Moving to move our belongings in late November 2022. The overall experience was good. There were on going communication with Robert (coordinator) who was friendly and professional. The movers came on time and were efficient documenting all the items. It took about 4 weeks for items to be delivered to Calgary and Centennial was very accommodating when there was a change in drop off location. All items were accounted for and no major damage was noticed.The only disheartening moment I had was the price difference between the estimate and the actual cost with actual weight. There was about a $3000 difference! I know they do not do in house estimates, but obviously customers itemizing content is not sufficient enough. I would recommend Centennial to figure out a way to give customers a more accurate estimate to prevent any surprises or be put in potentially difficult financial situations.

I moved from Toronto to Edmonton. I choose centennial to move my belongings and a car. Excellent service. Always updating you. The car took 4 weeks to arrive and arrived in very good conditions. Also the belonging in good conditions. Nothing got missing or damaged.

We've all heard the horror stories....this is definitely NOT one of those. I needed to move my stuff from Ontario to Alberta.The team at Centennial were transparent, courteous and prompt in their responses. Their pricing was clear and transparent, and the process itself was easy to follow. I was always clear what they were doing, why, and when. Moving can be stressful and expensive. With Centennial, for me, it was neither. Yes, it's not cheap. But if you want value for money, peace of mind and a transparent, professional move, it's Centennial. No contest.

My experience with Centennial was excellent from beginning to end. We’ve moved interprovincially once before and our last experience with another company was a disaster so we were concerned that we would have the same problem but I can say that the everything with Centennial was great from the sales and logistics team being very clear, communicative and easy to reach for any questions, the software they used was pretty accurate and the movers were fast and professional. Would definitely recommend this company

This was my second move with Centennial, both from Toronto area to Vancouver. The first move started off extremely well - great office support, capable movers on site - but was a bit challenging on the delivery end of things with several items lost for a few weeks after the initial arrival. All was finally found and everything arrived in good condition. The second move was comparatively flawless - again great office support and terrific guys on both ends of the move. We were very happy with the move and felt the price we paid was reasonable. I recommend Centennial Moving and would use them again.

It was very smooth moving with Centennial, the movers were respectful and careful with our house and items. Delivery from Toronto to Edmonton was about 4 weeks, their representative Dave was very helpful and attentive throughout. I have a couple items have broken corners, but out of 70+ items shipped, it's quite acceptable. Highly recommended!
