Really impressed by the customer service provided by the owner Joe. Trying to meet a deadline on a Sunday during Covid lock down... Joe went the extra mile (he was out of stock) by somehow locating 5 gallons of Benjamin Moore ceiling paint in a dark tint for a matt black ceiling. Really nice professional gentleman. No surprise he's been in business for 50 years... great stuff. Thanks Joe!

Great service and great products. You will find all your painting needs under one roof. The staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. I went right at the closing time and they kept the store open and patiently and professionally helped me with all my painting needs. You will not get this level of service in the big box stores and I would highly recommend anyone to come visit this store for service and assistance.

Love BM paint and Dixie Paint and Paper as well. Have been coming here for years. Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Today since I purchased a 5 gallon pail Steve gave me a better price. I was surprised there was a sale on as it wasn't indicated on their website. Call if you're wanting to purchase on sale. There may be an unadvertised promo if you're lucky.

Excellent. Good advice about colour choices for my small condo space. Even with covid restrictions I was given solid service. Friendly and fast. And their product line is really easy to apply and looks great! Recommended.

Excellent customer service, can't recommend them enough!In the middle of a pandemic, the customer service I received from Dixie Paint and Wallpaper, was outstanding! The manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and well informed about my purchase. Will definitely use them again!

My experience was not perfect I do got asked them over phone about 2 gallons of expensive wood stain Sico of dark color. Upon arriving to store they told that supplier send them wrong color and sold me only one can, Later after constantly requesting other gallon they told me it discontinued I found that happen long time ago and they have to disclose that fact before selling it .The owner keep me promising other month to get it from others stores but just keep me not arguing. In general prices are very high compare to other stores Do not recommend

Bought beige colour (didn`t check while taking it - my fault). Left it with the washroom guys and left on vacation. When came back the washroom was all new and the colour dark gray :-( Went back today to ask the Benjamin Moore guys what to do since everything done, they arrogantly told me we can give you a new colour and that`s it, they just typed number 305 instead of number 105 in their machine and told me - it happens !! No-one cares that I should again engage painters to repaint the new washroom. Very rude behaviour. No comment. Watch out when buying new colours, double-check everything.
