Came here for the first time for breakfast recently. At first glance the interior looks nice, but when you look a little closer it definitely needs some upkeep. We sat at the booth and the table was a bit dirty, there were stains, and the floor in that area was dirty too.The service was slow. We had to ask for plates and cutlery- some plates had chips in them and didn’t look properly cleaned. We received forks and spoons but no knives which was an issue as we had ordered several dishes to share. We did not receive water at all, I see from other reviews that they charge for water which is strange and not something I expect from a dine-in restaurant. Some items were forgotten by the server and we had to ask for them multiple times before receiving them. There was only one server working when we went and the restaurant wasn’t crowded, but it was still difficult to get his attention. The food tasted okay but nothing stood out to me. The food prices were reasonable for the quantity but I would not come back because of the lack of service and cleanliness.

I came here with a group of friends on a Sunday afternoon. It was not too busy when we were seated. Upon entrance, the decor was lovely from top to bottom and every detail is aesthetically pleasing. The ambience does have a Middle Eastern vibe which pairs well with the food.Nafisa offers a wide variety of food choices for all kinds of dietary needs including vegan. We ordered the Zaatar Saj (flatbread), Service Platter, Oven Roasted Chicken, Nafisa Special and Samakeh Tajin (fish fillet). The Zaatar Saj is ground dried mixture with various spices spread on flatbread. The filling inside was pretty tasty. The Service Platter consist of green & black olive, pickles, hummus dip and saj bread. The bread itself was super big and the platter was nicely presented. I would give both of these dishes a not bad".The Oven Roasted Chicken is baked chicken drumsticks served on a plate of diced potatoes and spiced with authentic red sauce. Although we didn't see any "red sauce" on the surface

Very disappointed. We ordered the one with the cherry and we got the second one. They kept telling me it’s the same and I am 100% it’s not but I paid for it and left since it’s Eid and don’t want to argue. When I ordered it I showed him the picture and i said I want this and he said yes it will be the same. You would think the difference only with the look but the taste the same. However it’s not, the one I want has more cream less kunafa and less sugar vs the one I got. The one I got hardly has cream. Add to it it was loaded with syrup which make your stomach very upset. Also they listed the price on their site less than what they sell it for. Even though not by much but still not good way to do business. Finally it’s like any Arabic restaurant, they start good and once they’re established they become careless. When they opened I was so impressed by their food and sweet but now I have to think twice before I recommend

We went as a group of 12 and we had good service. Food was good and halal. Quality was there but it was odd that the Mandi's on the menu were takeout only. For large groups, they didn't have much shareable options. The taste of the Jordanian dish was something I recommend, very well done and taste was there. It is quite pricey overall but I must say the atmosphere makes up for it. They have a beautiful dessert spread which looks fabulous, but we didn't try. I personally prefer other options in the region but it is a beautiful place, that has decent food.

The food was strictly ok. The chicken was amazing and so were the falafels. The Muhammara was a bit weird and all 4 of us felt like throwing up eating it. The desserts were nice and not too sweet which was great.I think what reduced the rating for me was that there was no drinking water served and all the items for the quality were very pricey. Cutlery was dirty and as shown in the picture plates chipped and covered with a film of something. Table wasn’t cleaned until after the ordered when we pointed it out and that too with zero enthusiasm leaving a few spots unclean. The service doesn’t really make up for great ambience. They have a decoration tap on the wall, maybe that might serve some water to the guests.

I recently visited Nafisa with high expectations, hoping to enjoy a pleasant dining experience with my family. Unfortunately, the level of rudeness we encountered during our visit was truly astounding. I am left perplexed by the lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the staff. Upon arriving, we were informed that there would be a 30-minute wait since we didn't have a reservation. This wait time was expected and acceptable. However, when our turn came and we were called back, we were told that our table was being cleaned. While patiently waiting by the door, another party arrived after us and was immediately seated at the table we were informed was meant for us. Naturally, this caused confusion and prompted us to inquire about the situation with our waitress. The waitress responded to us rudely, saying, They had a reservation

Our second visit to nafisa about a year apart. Looks like the place has gone downhill from when we came last. It's still busy cause it's a small space and gills easily and the amibiance and food is good overall, but we likely won't be back again. The food was good overall. But 2 of our 12 guests ended up getting upset stomachs and tummy aches just a few hours after eating there. Don't know which dish caused the issue but it was unwelcome. The restroom was filthy. The toilet was dirty and the walls and floors are practically grimy. The service was indifferent. They would leave us a few plates. Then we would ask for more cause they didn't bother to count how many people we were. The food dishes came without any serving spoons. We would ask for spoons for serving the food and for around 8 dishes they brought us 3 spoons. Had yo use our eating spins to get food from the main dishes. We ordered pots of tea and for around 8 people drinking they brought us 3 cups. Asked for more they brought 3 more.We ordered desserts and they came with plastic cutlery instead of normal cutlery. Not excusable in a sit down restaurant with nice ambiance. The tea was green tea teabags with mint rather than loose tea. Not the best.We were sitting at the table closest to the door and people waiting kept opening the door and the staff want closing the middle door so we kept freezing. I had to walk up and close the door myself.Overall the servers weren't smiling or friendly and didn't seem to be happy and it showed. No follow up from them on how everything is and what we need. Unprofessional and indifferent service along with upset stomachs..the food that we did eat was tasty... but overall a 3 star night for nafisa.

The food and service was very disappointing. I walked in and all the tables were empty. There were no customers. Then I was told that the front two tables were reserved but everywhere else was available so I went and sat in the fancy green chairs but I was told that these are reserved. Me and my friend says there for almost two hours, nobody came to the reserved green seats. This made me and my friend very uncomfortable because we felt lied to. The mushroom soup was good but the roast 1/2 chicken was not good. The desert was enjoyed but the icecream itself had no cream, it felt like it was made with cheap shortening. I was so excited to try this place because the menu looks so good but it's horrible. Do not eat here. It's a waste of money and time.

Loved my experience at Nafisah. The ambiance was nice. My dishes were fresh, delicious, enough for more than one person and came with good presentation. The service was somewhat slow and scattered but we went on a weekday and there was only one server. He was super nice and apologetic for any delays or misunderstanding. So happy to see good quality food with reasonable prices!!!
