Top notch quality and customer service. Brad came out and gave a timely estimate followed up by an appointment that fit our schedule. The day of the work they showed up when they said they would. We had an oak tree that was dieing and wanted an arborist to look at it to see if we could save it. Brad and Alex came right out to look at it after we called them. Unfortunately, the tree was beyond saving. We set a date for them to remove the tree and it was done on the date promised. We received the constant line of communication from them. From the quote, the friendly reminder that they were coming, to the following up, was done very professionally. The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. Brad moved cut pieces of the tree in place to break the fall of others coming down in order to protect our lawn from big divots. We can not say enough about their professionalism. This was our first experience using Tawas Tree Care and will definitely use them in the future for our tree care needs. I rate them as a 5 star PLUS company and would highly recommend them for your tree care needs

First time having a tree cut down, and didn’t know what to expect.Super fast coming by for a quote, great communication, and they made the whole process very easy and seamless.Kind and trustworthy.
