I have to say leasing a Kia was never on my radar, until I met the amazing staff at Cardinal Kia! I had my 1st contact with Kirk on Wed, spoke with Majid on Thurs, organized my financing with Rana on Fri, and after a fun and informative tour of the car on Sat with Andrew, drove away in my beautiful Kia Sportage Sat afternoon. The dealership is just so welcoming and fun to work with! I am excited with my new car and looking forward to many more interactions with the fantastic staff at Cardinal Kia!

We recently purchase a vehicle from Cardinal Kia. Our experience was a good one. We purchased the vehicle over email so we did not have a relationship with the salesman. Our salesman was Paul who was very welcoming when we did meet him at pick up. The only issue we had was the vehicle we had purchased was delayed over 2 weeks from the day it was expected to arrive. This however was not a Cardinal Kia issue, but instead a Kia Canada issue with delivery. The dealership kept us informed when we asked for updates.Andrew spent over an hour with me going over all the features of the vehicle. He is amazing at his job and was the best part of our vehicle buying experience at Cardinal Kia.

Stopped into Kia Cardinal on a whim, and met the lovely Sean Fowler in sales. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach, giving me the straight up information that I needed to make decisions. He answered all of my questions, took very good care of what I needed and facilitated our trade in and purchase flawlessly. He even sent us pictures of the car after hours when we had forgotten to take our own. Would recommend 100%, if you're looking for a personable straight shooter approach to sales, be sure to ask for Sean!On pickup, Sean took me through all of the features of my car, even hooking up my phone to the system. I had a great experience at Cardinal Kia buying my Rio. This is the second car I have purchased from here and both experiences have been great. I don't know a lot about cars but the sales staff was very helpful when I was making my decision and purchase. I bring both vehicles to Cardinal Kia for maintenance. The staff is always very welcoming and knowledgeable about my vehicles. Plus, they have a comfy waiting area. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I had an amazing experience at Cardinal Kia! My mom and I were both heartbroken to let our old 2014 Kia Forte go. It was there for us during road trips, adventures, and exciting memories. We wanted to continue on the Kia adventure, but we had a tight budget! Durda, our salesperson, was incredible, helpful, and patient. Tiffany, our financing person was very kind and positive.
