I ordered a cake for my mom’s 60th bday a couple weeks ago- Payal at Baskin Robins took care of my order and did a beautiful job decorating my mom’s cake. My family absolutely loved it and I’m so happy with my experience with the Baskin Robbin’s team at Limeridge. Thanks again Payal!!

I was getting my covid shot with my mother while we lurked the Baskin Robbins window display. An amazing employee overheard my love for chocolate everything and said it's possible to get a small personal cake completely chocolate. I laughed If that's possible I'd die." She replied "how's 2 pm?!"Boy did she deliver! We're going back for more cakes

They used to be good but last couple times the customer service been very bad we asked for a small change 3 days before our pick up day they said they already made the cake and will modify for us but they didn’t do good job on top of that they charged us 10.00 extra claiming they confirmed on the phone which they never didWill never order at this location again and hopefully this review will save some ppl the hassle n not order from here

I love their cakes! However the size (usually I get the 12-16 - $49.99) this location at Limeridge, I felt like it fell a bit short in terms of size, and it appeared quite smaller. And now looking at their cake pictures on google, it does look quite smaller from what I usually order at from the upper James location. Ice cream is delicious and the staff was friendly. Snowman one is 12-16 compared to the other one that looks more 8-10

The lady working literally dropped the ice cream scoop on the ground, rinsed it with water and continued to use it. Disgusting attitude do not recommend.

Always fast and great service here. Love getting monthly emails about the feature flavour of the month. The best this year has been the pancake one, sooo good. Hope that one comes back. My other favourite flavours are icing on the cake, strawberry cheesecake, pumpkin cheesecake and nanaimo.

I enjoyed a lovely chocolate mousse Royale scoop on a sugar cone. It was so good even in the middle of winter I can't resist going to Baskin Robins it just brings out the kid in me. I will probably be back next week!
