I will never deal with this business. The owner has no respect for his customers. When you or leave msg . Never get back to you . Even after 1 or 2 months. Also since I took my car to him always they is or has been something wrong when I have got it back. For over 2 years my truck is leaking and he said it is my seal is leaking. He fixed it one year ago and is still leaking. Here Are some more picture of the work they do . You see nothing holding my hood plastic . They did fixed it after i mention it . So this is not the first time . There has been more i can't find the picture .......

5 Star service - this auto body is the best I've ever dealt with. We had to bring in a family members vehicle for repair. We had exceptional service every step of the way. The car had a small but deep scrape that went over the seam of the two front panels -- one metal and one plastic. I'd read about the issues with matching abutting metal and plastic paint applications, as well as colour and fleck being off, so was prepared to be disappointed but what came back was terrifically done! So much better than anticipated -- this shop did the best possible job and I am so very happy we went with them.

Our family has benefited from Terminal Auto-body's service for years now. Just recently, they helped me repair my bumper and my windshield rubber quickly and effectively! They are incredibly kind and professional, so I would definitely recommend!

Just had some excellent work done on my Toyota van by Carstar, some dents repaired, scratches fixed, awesome work and they got finished exactly on time and the invoice was exactly what the quote was. You can’t ask for more than that! And start to finish Jason, Mark, Sari & Christina kept me informed all the way. I can’t say enough good things about Carstar. 2 months ago they made an awesome job of some rust repairs and painting on another work vehicle so I thought it was about time I gave them a 5 star review. I’ve known this company for at least 20 years and their service has always been outstanding!

We are telling everyone we know that if they ever have a problem, this is the place to go! They are professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Over the last 10 years we had two (not my fault) fender benders which Terminal took care of extremely well. Recently my wife ran over a curb and damaged something. Jason figured out how to take care of it simply and didn't charge a thing. They really understand customer satisfaction!

I could not have been happier with the service and communication provided by the staff at Terminal Auto.From the beginning they gave me honest and realistic expectations, given the huge backlog of mechanic and body repairs across Vancouver Island, but also treated me as a valued albeit brand new customer.I was updated as to parts availability and shipments and notified the morning of that my vehicle would be ready that afternoon for pickup.Though the damage wasn't too terrible, the experts at Terminal made my brand new vehicle look brand new again - if not better than new.Kudos to everyone at Terminal. Absolutely top notch professional company!I needed to get my Forester repaired after being hit from behind. I have to say from the moment I walked into this establishment I knew I was in good hands. Apologies if misspelled but Christina at the front desk was as friendly, kind and personable and made me feel most welcomed and assured! She soon introduced me to Darryl who was just the same. He carefully walked me through the procedure of how an ICBC claim repair works (I recently moved here from Ontario) and walked me around my vehicle describing in clear detail what they look for and how they would proceed with the repair. I was set up with a rental car and left with the confidence that my vehicle would be properly fixed and in only a few days; in fact, I got the call to pick up the car a day earlier than expected. Looks awesome — both the work they did plus the freshly washed exterior and sanitized interior. Excellent attention to detail! Outstanding service with excellent people. Thank you!
