A seamless windshield replacement from start to finish. Speaking with Kia. He was very professional and willing to answer any questions I had regarding my visit. Just garbage customer service. Tried saying my phone number was entered incorrectly on the online system, so they could not order the glass correctly. I had screen shots from when i secured the appointment online showing the correct contact info. I did this as my coworker had explained he had just gone through the exact same situation at the same location. I was hoping this wasn't true.Instead of being honest and saying they couldn't have the glass earlier and theyre busy or backed up they just lied.Don't use speedy autoglass. Go anywhere else.

I went in twice for a windshield repair due to a flying rock and once for a replacement on a different vehicle. All 3 times to the Brunette location. All 3 times, I spoke with Kia for scheduling.Every single service was fantastic from beginning to end.The windshield replacement and my 3rd service was scheduled for Dec.23/22. The day after our huuuge snow storm.Regardless, Kia made sure to be in contact with me and let me know himself and a technician will be there should I still want to come in for the service. Yet, gave me the option to re-schedule if I was not comfortable going in. This would have been a second re-schedule for this same appointment by the way. Due to my crazy schedule, I needed to go in. Service was fantastic and fast that day as were the services prior to. I was notified of all possibilities with what can be done and given heads up for what could possibly happen too. I appreciate this part very much!From the scheduling of the appointments with Kia, to confirmation calls, to walk-in, to service, to me leaving, it was smooth sailing. My windshields also look perfect.I would highly highly recommend this location and recommend chatting with Kia. He will have everything sorted for you and keep you up to speed (pun intended haha) on the entire process and progress.Thank you guys for all your help and care!

I had previously attending this location when it was under a previous business name for windshield replacement. Without realizing the business was sold, I attended the business to have them repair the rubber seal around my windshield. When on site I was informed that my vehicle was not listed in their system (from the business transfer) however they could still assist me and repair the seal. Once finished, the Service Centre Manager was so kind and generous that he did not charge me for their time nor materials and it was free. WOW! Being a senior and being treated with kindness and understanding meant a lot, not to then mention it being a complimentary service. Thank you to Derek and his team for the wonderful experience! I certainly recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent, timely, and efficient service. Scheduled for a windshield replacement for my van, I was given the estimate and timeframe. Schedule was spot on, in 3.5 hrs my car was done. Kia thoroughly explained the warranty services too. Good job guys, will definitely recommend this place.
