This is my first time using this company. I am always very protective of my car & who works on it. Karen at the front desk is so nice & very accommodating. She is the communication person for the mechanics. Very helpful with all my question.The mechanic was awesome. He is funny when I spoke to him shortly. He did the repairs without replacing parts. He also did extra work without charging me.I would highly recommend this company.. I will definitely be using them in the future.Big huge thank you.Barb :)

My experience with OC Mechanic was great. Kelly was professional and friendly on the phone, they were very timely for my appointment and didn't keep me waiting, and they were honest with their assessment of my vehicle. I'll definitely be going back.

Free inspections and estimates, staff was friendly and service was extremely fast. Had 2 lower ball joints, power steering and alternator belt replaced in about half a day after dropping it off. Car's running much smoother now

A fantastic family run business! I would recommend OC Automotive to anyone. As a student I was unfamiliar with many of the automotive shops in the area and when my spring broke unexpectedly I gave OC Automotive a call and they were able to see me the following day. Kelly was fantastic and kept me in the loop the entire process. I'll be recommending OC Automotive in the future to anyone looking for vehicle repairs or maintenance!

Used to get dealer service. Dealership told me I needed new front brakes after replacing the rear brakes twice in about 5 years. OC said they were fine and told me when they actually needed service - about a year (and 20,000 kms) after the dealership said it was time. I know I can trust OC to recommend only necessary service.

I came in here when my battery light came on in my van. It turned out I needed an alternator replacement which definitely isn't something you want to hear.However, Kelly was awesome every step of the way and super helpful. She kept me updated with any changes and was very timely with responses. I felt taken care of every step of the way and will definitely be coming back.

Love these guys to much. Kelly helped me feel less intimidated for not knowing much about car maintenance. They have been so fair with me every step of the way and always check in as they go along. Totally recommend to everyone.
