I purchased a pump for a washing machine, which when I received this during covid lockdown where you had to go to the door and not allowed in store .I opened package, at home, and the pump is similar but not exact (different base)I called and the woman who spoke to their technician and said they just manipulate this to get to fit (paraphrase), which i felt would negate the warranty but I was not concerned as I don't want to buy a new machine and needed to save money (limited work).strangely enough the machine fault had cleared and I waited to see if the fault returned and machine must have cleared itself out.as life would happen I had emailed and asked to return about 6 months later (part never installed) and was told they have a 90 day return policy and would not accept this.again I've never been in the store to see a sign that may state that and going through covid closures and lockdowns, I asked for special consideration or someone else to reach out to and no response.serves me right, I was warned and should have went elsewhere.

I called for a portable dishwasher they had one on sale and in stock everyone had sales but no stock very nice people I will be back . Thanks Ray James

These people have no post purchase assistance. When I call them, 6 moths after purchase date for computer info, the response is ... call a appliance repair company, we do not service what we sell".People beware

Every aspect of this transaction has been fantastic. Ordered fridge using email and dealt with Jeannie who is awesome. Fridge arrived before the promised date which was greatly appreciated as ours had died. The delivery men were also great. They switched our door swing on the fridge and freezer and were mindful of our vinyl flooring and very respectful and careful not to damage anything while taking away our old one and bringing in our new fridge. There is an issue with the freezer door handle that is the responsibility of Whirlpool and Jeannie has contacted them and called to update me already.Please use this company for all your appliance needs. If your experience is anything like mine, you will not be disappointed. Very happy customer.

5 stars across the board for this place.They have a great selection of appliances; stoves, microwaves, fridges, dishwashers, and the list goes on.Now, for my personal story of this business, I literally called every appliance store I could find and none of them stocked the part I needed (the agitator dogs broke on my wash machine) and the only other option was going to be Amazon, I called Ray James Appliance and as sure as the day is long, they stocked the part, I picked up the part I needed, in hand same day and for a price tag of around 7$ I am very pleased with the service I received there and found out they have been in that plaza for 30 years and the business itself has been around since the 60s, any chance I get to support local I do. Also, im happy to say my wash machine is back up and running!!If you are looking for any parts to repair any of your appliances I would highly recommend you call and ask if they stock the part, chances are they do as they had a huge selection of parts behind the front desk.Thank you everyone at Ray James Appliances for your help today!

This is an update March 22, 2023 - Purchased gfe26jymnffs GE French Door Refrigerator, after 4 months it started freezing food in crispers. Service arrived and replaced the door seal.Three weeks later it is happening again, placed a service call yesterday, waiting to hear from the technician.---Purchased a refrigerator and dishwash from this business. Great sales experience, appliances delivered as promised and installed by great guys. They cleaned up and were completely professional and reliable. Thank you for being so nice when I mixed up the delivery time.

My washer died on me suddenly and I went there to buy a new one. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Got an excellent deal on a washer and dryer set and they came next day to deliver and install. Great service!

Purchased a washer here in Jan., 2020. Guaranteed for 1 year. On April 24, 2021 the agitator broke off and I ended up with 1 very large and 2 small pieces of plastic in the load. We knew stores were not allowing people in, but on Tuesday we went to the store to see what could be done since the machine was only 15 months old. A lady came to the door I can't let you in.
