Reflections Weddings are truly the best in the city of Calgary! When my future wife and I first met with them, they said the groom would only need to come 4 times within the year, but their planning and preparation process was so easy going and personal that I ended up going well over dozen times! Just be prepared when they ask you for 3 words that you want your wedding to be - and then be prepared for their ideas to merge with your own to create something beyond your wildest dreams! Jasmine, Teal and Orysia, thank you for the best wedding and your wedding gift to us was and still is mind blowing!

From beginning to end, Reflections Weddings went out of their way to bring our wedding vision to life. Jasmine and Orysia spent countless hours scouting venues, creating designs, and attending meetings to execute the most beautiful wedding day for my husband and I. The entire Reflections team genuinely cares about the couples and families they work with. Our wedding came together so seamlessly as a result of Reflections' expertise, organization and experience. My husband and I strongly recommend Reflections Weddings!

We received lots of compliments for our wedding reception. It was an outstanding decor design. I highly recommended Reflections Weddings! I had amazing time planning a wedding with Jasmine.

If there is one thing we would suggest to couples getting married it is to at least get a day-of planner. Monica from Reflections was so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding and was fantastic on the day of. The week leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding were stress free and enjoyable thanks to Monica. Planning a wedding can be a very overwhelming process but Monica's calm demeanor and helpful tips made this process very enjoyable. Thanks again Monica for all your help in making our day very memorable.

Jasmine is incredible! She made my wedding day everything I didn’t even know I wanted. She was right there every step of the way, providing guidance, support, and suggestions, all while keeping everything on track. Her design was beautiful and flawless, she was prepared for absolutely anything, and she coordinated the heck out of the day. From timelines to MC outlines to aloe vera for my sunburned back, Jasmine was the best decision I made (aside from the guy standing beside me, of course).

I can't say enough good things about Jasmine and her team at Reflections Weddings. She did decor planning and day of coordination for us and everything came out wonderfully. She ensured that the entire wedding day went smoothly and I had no concerns the day of at all and could just focus on getting married. I would strongly recommend her, she went above and beyond!

Without Jasmine our wedding could not have come together in the way it did. Her patience, organizational skills, and cool demeanour kept things on track and running smoothly. We appreciated her time and effort and her commitment to quality really came through in the final product that was our wedding. She was one of the biggest assets we had for our wedding day, and because of that we are able to look back on the day with fondness. Our family appreciated being able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about anything. Thank you Jasmine, without you our wedding would not have been as great as it was.

Working with Monica and the Reflections team was the best decision we made for our Wedding Day! We had many friends and family travelling from out of town and having Monica coordinate and decorate meant we could truly enjoy our time with visitors without stressing.She made countless trips to Banff from Calgary, had great connections and recommendations for vendors, and was always positive, but kept us focused and within budget.We wholeheartedly recommend Monica and Reflections Weddings and Events!

We came to Reflections after we had a disasterous and heartbreaking experience with another planner. We were only four months away from our wedding and thought that we had certain vendors booked that weren't and were worn out from constantly being told that what we wanted to do or have at our wedding wasn't good or being shoved into having things we didn't want at all at our wedding.I called and spoke to Jasmine who immediately calmed and reassured me that all was not lost, that we could and would still have our dream wedding. Truthfully, after that phone call and before my fiance had met them I knew we were going to hire Reflections. We met with Jasmine and Stephanie within a couple of days, still feeling frazzled but with renewed hope, and we were swept off our feet (even my fiance). Stephanie and Jasmine took all our worries and fears and complaints about the last planner and gave us a game plan to use even if we didn't hire them. We did hire them and it was absolutely the best decision we through the whole process, I just wish we had met them in the beginning.Stephanie was our main coordinator and she was spectacular. She never once told me that an idea wasn't good, nor did she try to push her vision on us. She was exactly what we wanted and that's a partner in our wedding planning. If we couldn't figure out how to get from A to B she found a way, if we were at a loss for a vendor she had contacts, she even skillfully handled some difficult family members and on the day of our wedding when our bartenders didn't show up she handled that and I didn't even know until it was all solved. From the moment we hired her she had our backs.When our wedding day came, I was so relaxed. The whole I was relaxed, this was not something I was expecting to feel at all and I can honestly say that it really was an amazing day from start to finish. Because of Stephanie and her team I got to enjoy every moment of our day with my friends and family.Stephanie deftly assisted in getting me in my dress and making sure I was eating and not wanting for anything, if I needed it she magically made it appear (at least it felt magical), if something was going sideways it was handled and I wasn't made to fret. Stephanie and her team took all my crazy DIY items and rentals and made our wedding look like like a magazine and beyond everything I had been picturing for the last year.We definitely wouldn't hestitate to recommend Reflections Weddings and Events. I am already thinking of planning a big anniversary event and I know that we will hire Reflections for that too!

We originally had meet with another wedding event coordinator prior to meeting Teal with Reflections and right from the first coffee / tea we had with Teal, we knew that she was going to be able to create our vision of our big day!She was very accommodating with all of our requests and always came back to us with many options to choose from; but more importantly, also provided her opinion and expertise as sometimes my husbands request could be outlandish (although he will say the same of my requests).All in all our wedding was a huge success... From the wonderful signing table layout, the seating chart, the chairs and the linens, people are still complimenting us on our wedding months after! Without Teal and her reflections team our wedding reception would not have looked as beautiful and gone as seamlessly as it had.Most importantly, Teal was super personable and very fun and easy to work with and made our lives much easier!Denise & Jay
