So glad to finally be done with this company after 5 years of incorrect fills, leaving gates open, not calling when they’re coming (After specifically asking for a call), filling our tank instead of my parents (and vice versa), filling our tank or my parents instead of the neighbours, and the list goes on. Not to mention their ridiculously high prices.

Superior propane was good to us. We had a problem with our old provider. Superior listened to our concerns. They were kind and courteous. They addressed all our issues quickly. Came and set up our tanks safely and efficiently. Answered our questions without being condescending. Even when we asked more than once.

If I could I would give them zero stars. Very overpriced. And when they came to pick up their tank once I changed companies it took them 3 hours to load a 500 gallon tank. And blocked our driveway completely with two trucks. Glad to be done with this terrible company

Customer loyalty is not something of value to Superior Propane. I had all positive service from Canwest Propane from 2003-2017. Then superior Propane bought out Canwest Propane. Since then we have had nothing but trouble. I would recommend that you phone anyone else for propane.

The phone system is a joke. Too bad before they moved the Calgary location it was a great place to go.
