Really don't know how to thank John. He is a wonderful person and very professional as a business provider.  I talked to a couple  people before John about this yellow powder inside of the house and no one wanted to come and do a site inspection if there were no insects around. The yellow powder just kept appearing. My husband found John from google search along with a couple of others and he was the first person to respond to my message and set up a site visit. Turns out that the issue is not caused by insects so he didn't charge me a penny. He solved a problem that no one else could figure out. He also advised what needs to be done next to fix it. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his service if anyone needs help for pest control.

We heard a mouse in our house and discovered it long after everything had closed. I tried in vain to capture it and failed for quite some time. I surrendered my home to the mouse and swore vengeance.I placed a call at 8 am on a Saturday and four hours later I welcomed one of their exterminators into my home.They provided traps, bait, and knowledge as to why and where the bait and traps were laid.Less than 12 hours later, two mice had been caught. I have two traps set up still and do not believe there are any other mice.I appreciate everything you were able to help me with, thank you.

John provided excellent service. I called him in the morning and he came by midday. He did an inspection of the house and provided appropriate advice which worked. The rodent is gone!!!! I can’t believe it. He was very knowledgeable and I was confident what he did was going to work even before he left, and it did work. Also, the amount he charged was way below what I expected.
