I bought a hot tub from hot tubs Galore about 10 years ago. I had an unusual request. That it fit on the top deck of my yacht ! Steve helped me choose the best fit and functional tub for my application and in the ship yard we craned it on. Perfect fit , fantastic price and customer service and my favourite part is that it ran for 7 years with no issues at all !! Great times and memories in that tub. When I sold my yacht it was in the contract to be included as the buyers said it’s perfect ! Thanks again Steve andHTG : )

I bought my hot tub from Steve back in 2017 and had no problems until I forgot to power it down when I drained it. I thought I may have blown a pump, but when I got Alex on the phone, he walked me through testing my fuses, and sure enough that was the issue. I picked up a new fuse from them and they didn't even charge me. The tub is back up and running great. Thanks for making this such a pleasant experience.

I called and spoke to Alex everything was great. He gave us a time to come meet him, then when we arrive Richard says Alex os missing and they cant find him. So we go with Richard who showed us tubs on their website snd tubs Alex mentioned to us but every tub was $2500-3000 more with Rich than what Alex or the Website showed. I asked Rich why the price discrepancy and was told listed prices are to attract ppl, they actually do a lot of work and every part is brand new do no tub can be sold for under $6500.Thanks for wasting mine and my wife's time. Sure Hope if Alex is real he is ok. I was reslly looking forward to meeting him, not Richard the rude scamming used car salesman

Great experience, Steve, Alex and Chris all have gone above and beyond to make our first hot tub purchase easy. I came in very uninformed and had no idea what the right tub would be for me and my wife, after a good conversation with Steve we chose a used Beachcomber and are thrilled with the purchase. Highly recommended. This tub is perfect and more than half price of a new one that is the same model.

We have been looking for a filter for our hot tub. We literally went to most of the hot tub places in Langley and none could help as our hot tub not standard hot tub. No one else where able to give us even hint of what we should do or go. The owner here were really helpful. They spend time explaining and took us to the shop and find us a used one that they were willing toGive it for free, told us try it and that worked let them know and order a new one. They are in business for 25 years. The location was unusual and it surprised me to see there a warehouses. I think you get better service with them than one of the big dogs.
