Then on Sunday I recieved an email from Alice that I have not contacted her. I advised she was supposed to call me. She then called, left a message, and sent an email saying she had an emergency to attend to and could not call. How about forwarding my information quickly to someone else in the office so they could call? I sent an email back saying to call me back Monday between 4-5 MST. She called me again and didnt leave a message. She called again Monday around 12:30 pm and said she could call me back that day but what would be a good time to call???? As my previous email stated to call between 4-5 MST……. Strike 2. She finall called me back around 4:30 MST. We discussed pricing and terms and I decided to go on a 15 year term with a payment of $330 per month. When we recieved the paperwork via email to docusign, it was for a 25 year term at $278 per month. Strike 3. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Very very unprofessional and lack of any listening skills or professionalism. Attention to detail is more than required when dealing with any potential client. Especially dealing with money. Unreal.

We were lucky to have Bev DeVos as our advisor for Alpine Credits. I need liquidity to manage an estate & I needed it fast. Bev guided us swiftly & professionally through the process. Bev found that revenue Canada wanted a piece of me as well & Bev resolved that issue fast. Bad things can happen to good people & when they do Alpine Credits will be there for you. They don't tell you that they only offer loans in Quebec if you own a home in the greater Montreal area. Any other area of Quebec is not inlcluded.

Working with Alice Nabi made this experience with Alpine Credits a smooth one, very efficient and seamless.

First time customer I never can get someone on the phone and talk to. How you operate if you don’t have live people on the phone. Horrible.

Since alpine likes to delete my reviews on Facebook I’ll post here on google since they can’t just delete it here!Don’t use this horrible company. They will delete negative feedback. If you submit a complaint to the BBB they will call you and pretend to help because as per Alvir @ alpine they don’t like complaints because it doesn’t look good on them. Guess they don’t care about the customer only their public image.

We had Dean Vaughan's help from start to finish. He was very helpful, very patient and efficient. He clearly explained all the steps to follow and supported us brilliantly. We recommend Alpine Credits for anyone in need of financial assistance, who owns a property. We got our money in just over a week.Kudos to Dean and his team!

I requested a mortgage from the above, I was deducted for more than 10,000 for the service fees which I do understand. When I paid if off on March 18/2022, I was charged for the whole amount plus accrued interest up to April 22/2022. In other words I was charged double of the amount for service fees, not only that, I was even over charged for what I supposed to pay, obviously I was not able to get my money back. My lawyer told me that this private lender is the worst of all.I just want to let people know that if they are going to borrow money from the private lender, be careful, and ask them for all the details as possible.
