Well, I purchased a phone and speakers. These were not big money items. Speakers work fine but phone didn't. Waiting for a response back. If I get a response then I will gladly change my review.**** well, they offered to refund my money. The phone was just a few dollars.More importantly the issue with the phone was completely my error. So I have to acknowledge that. Given this I have changed my review to 5 stars!

They listed an item as “Open Box”, however it came broken and incomplete. Sent them an email and called but no answer yet. If they reply, I will change my review.*UPDATE* I got an email back and a fully refund of the item. However, I had to go to their office, which cost me time and gas consuming.

I don't normally buy on-line but was pleasantly surprised on the ease in doing so with Auction Warehouse. I bid on a few household/kitchen items and the process was easy, really appreciated the staff assisting me to put the items in my car. One of the items I purchased was not as described, I was offered a resolution on the spot and the Insta Pot was worth the drive to Oakville form Orangeville. Very happy with the outcome.

Extremely happy with my purchases and the customer service I received. I had a couple issues with some items, so I emailed them and Dave got back to me almost instantly. He resolved my concerns without hesitation and I have already started bidding on their next auction.

Horrible customer service. Do not advise bidding with them. They listed an item incorrectly, I pointed this out THEY OFFERED ME A $10 CREDIT. I accepted he scribbled on the paper and did not want to answer any of my follow up questions. I sent them an email requesting my credit and never heard back from them since.
