Terrible Terrible Terrible!I spoke to a person named Erin. She was absolutely obnoxious! I'm still confused with how she spoke on the phone to me.If you're calling this shop please make sure you're not talking to Erin. She needs an overall training in order to function efficiently. I also spoke to Marsh (sorry if I mispelt your name) whom was much calmer. I advise Marsh I will be posting a review about the services Erin provided.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. They created a beautiful arrangement on the spot, the price was incredibly reasonable, and you can pick up a few little chocolates as well to top off your gift. Would certainly use their services again. Well done team.

Have ordered several times. Always outstanding arrangements, very beautiful and they last awhile.Love love love the online ordering option. I'm not sure what others are talking about as my arrangements always look like the pictures.Highly recommend

I ordered flowers today for my mother birthday. Paid 52$ for flowers 10 $ for delivery and 9.99 service fee. Only to find out that 10km is too far to deliver flowers! My father had to come get a boquete and diliver it himself. Why wouldnt you Just cancel this order if you could not fulfill the promise you make. Lady on the Phone said she added 3 roses for those 10 $ I Paid for delivery but those 3 roses were the main things on small enough boquete already. So of course at this point im so mad I go to Google rewiews to share my experience only to find out 4 years algo I already left 1star rewiew for this place and tottally forgot about it. So yes if they dont really care about their reputation and customer satisfaction then get your flowers from Burkitt`s Floral. Mariana Sikora

Beautiful flowers and on-time delivery. Only problem is that they weren't able to deliver the exact flowers that I ordered and had to replace them with alternative ones.

The flowers that were delivered were not close to the picture of what I wanted. Recipient liked them but it wasn’t what we ordered.

This past Sunday, I ordered an FTD bouquet for a sick friend. I even upgraded the arrangement to the deluxe bouquet. My order was delivered late Monday afternoon. I saw the arrangement on Tuesday and was not only embarrassed, but angry. The bouquet was sparse, had tacky pink pipe cleaner hearts included. This was not at all like the FTD photo.I had paid $60.00 for this bouquet.I phoned the owner that same day & complained. She said that her flowers hadn't arrived but would bring up another bouquet on Thursday (today).I am even more disappointed with this 2nd FTD arrangement. You would think that the owner would make sure that this arrangement was perfect. The flowers ( the kind and color) are still not the same as what was shown on their website.I want my $60.00 back !!!The beautiful bouquet is what I paid for ... the 1st delivery has the tacky pipe cleaner hearts and the 2nd bouquet is the small no color bouquet !!
