Purchased a GE refrigerator online, unfortunately at the time there wasn't one 36'' white refrigerator in the Province of New Brunswick.The order was processed April 1/23 stating custom order 4-6 weeks, unable to cancel, custom order, delivery approx April 27.9 WEEKS later, cancelled, customer service responded back orders happen.Have a great day.I recommend Lounsbury Furniture, 100% they found me a better refrigerator, delivered within 3 days.The Brick 0 stars.

Walked into The Brick looking for a new washer as mine let go the night befor and with three kid's that's a mother's worse nightmare. As i was wandering around looking at all the appliances i Had a gentleman by the name of Ron approach me and asked if i needed any help i told him exactly what i was looking for and my budget etc..and within a half hour I was filling out papers with him and setting up delivery dates for my new washing machine to be delivered. Overall best experience.

Bought few things for my home from Max. Very friendly and polite. We are very happy with our purchase. The delivery guys were on time, quick and very helpful. Overall a great experience, thank you!Will definitely be back, maybe for that couch I saw Max! Lol

Had occasion to shop at the Moncton Trinity Drive Brick store today in search of a sofa. Was not disappointed and found something suitable. But the bonus was the excellent service by the Salesperson, the Office Staff Member and the Manager, Roger. Even tho the warranty rebate had expired on my previous purchase, Roger honored it, added a little extra and sent us on our way, very happy customers. Thanks to the staff who served us at The Brick on Trinity Drive, Moncton, NB. today.

I’ve purchased from The Brick a few times. The last time was for a mattress and box spring. We were served by Jessica B. She is very knowledgeable and honest and we developed a trust. Whenever we shop here, we want to be served by Jessica B. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Highly recommend anyone to meet Jessica B. at the Moncton NB location.

Very disappointed. Bought a new washer dryer set on May 10, was told that it would be delivered on June 3. So June 3 rolls around, and we have had no phone call from the Brick, or Tim C, the sales persons, that our order was delayed by a month. Not very impressed with the service at this store. Will let you know how the delivery does go, if the washer dryer actually show up now on June 30. So zero stars given, but had to put one to post.

Our initial sales experience was outstanding. Roger was a pleasure to deal with. That’s where the positive story ends. Do NOT purchase an extended warranty on any appliances you purchase. It is utterly useless and a complete waste of your money. We purchased $ 10,000.00 in appliances on April 24, 2021 (sales order 042413MNVGB). Given how much we spent on these top of the line products, we decided to add the warranty. (We spent $ 689.93 + HST for the warranty). When the cast iron grill on my 36” gas range broke after only a year, I expected to have no issues in getting them replaced. I was wrong. I was told I had to call the third party warranty company on my own. The Brick no longer wanted anything to do with us. I have now spent hours of my time jumping through hoops, being on hold, being hung up on, receiving incorrect information, and receiving terrible client service. It is virtually impossible to process a claim. There is nobody to help us. I will end up paying out of pocket to make the repairs on my own. If I can help even one person avoid this Hell…Do NOT purchase an extended warranty.

My husband and I bought a new beauty rest mattress from the brick at the end of September. It came and we loved it. Our sales associate Emily is amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and got us an amazing deal.Unfortunately in December the mattress had an issue with the side wall. (Not the Bricks fault) So back we went to the Brick and Emily was so awesome and helpful again she worked with us to get us a new mattress under warranty. Even was able to have it delivered and take away the old one.I can’t say enough on how unbelievably amazing Emily treated us. Good service like this is rare to get these days. Great job Emily.

Last week My hubby and I purchased a new Leather sofa set … very happy with the price and quality of our set … but extremely happy with the salesman and the salesman manager … The Moncton Brick is one of the most awesome furniture stores I have ever dealt with … Today our items were delivered and I want everyone to know the two gentlemen who delivered our sofa set went over and above any other delivery I’ve ever received. The two gentleman who arrived at our home, first came in very professionally, and looked around to make sure that any items that may be in the way, or could get broken were moved. They explained the delivery process and what they were going to do and the moving of the furniture was exceptionally done well. I was so very pleased. I had even ran to our local Tim Hortons and bought each gentleman a generous gift card to show my appreciation. I wish I had gotten their name s but I just wanna say the whole process has been the most enjoyable experience we have ever had with any of our furniture purchases throughout the several years that we’ve ever purchased anything… Big Bravo to The Brick !!!

We recently visited The Brick in Moncton to purchase appliances for our rental property. Jeff and Jessica B were our salespeople and I gotta say, it was the very best experience we’ve had at this location. They were down to earth, easy to connect with, and straightforward. They listened to what we wanted and delivered! I’d highly recommend seeking these two out - they typically work in tandem, and do it effortlessly.
