Guys, be careful with this company especial with owner son who is on front desk. If you pay with big amount of cash ask for receipt and try to get one. We payed more then $1000 cash and I asked him for receip and he said do not worry about receipt every thing is on file. When we came do procedure last time, owner said we need to pay balance that we paid up the front cash and his son said we did not. So ask for your receipts!!!!

I recently had my hair procedure done at the Hair Transplant Medical Centre in May 2022 and I couldn't be happier with the results. Any questions i had they addressed prior to my procedure .The procedure room was what you want from a medical facility , clean thru out. Went here for a hair transplant recently the staff were incredible being very vocal towards me always making sure i was feeling okay, making me feel very comfortable with them like i was at home. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gary & Beth, through coordinating a procedure for a client (with limited English) who reached out to them. I was amazed with their timely response to all the e-mails and questions, and stunned with their generosity in dealing with the client, after they learned about his experience and why he needed hair transplant. The clinic also invited me (as the interpreter) to fly out to their location to be of support to the client. I simply cannot find the right words that would describe how grateful I and the family are for the treatment and hospitality we witnessed at the clinic. The procedure was for the full day, during which I have observed nothing but a dedicated and caring team that are always making sure everyone is comfortable, satisfied and happy with the service they are receiving. Honestly, the best professional facility I have ever been to. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the best hair transplant place I been to. Very very professionalI did my hair transplant 2 months ago and now I have started my prp treatment.From the begging I felt super comfortable, the reason I felt comfortable and I trusted this place because Gary was very honest and told me how it is going to be and what he told me is exactly what happened and what I expected. Ofcourse it’s a very clean place and the staff were amazing. But what’s more important than all of this is the results I’m already seeing and the honesty. Every dollar I paid was worth it. I’m very happy with everything. I did quite a lot of research and comparison between different clinics before I make my choice of this clinic. Hair transplant Medical Center provided great and professional services. I took eventually three procedure with them and the results was exceptional. Very friendly and profesional staff. I would also advise take NeoGraft FUE procedure over FUT as it less invasive and had much better result.Overall the staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of my hair concerns.
