Took our dog there today. Staff was friendly. Veterinarian was a waste of time - didn’t even touch the dog, just stood there with a smug, condescending and dismissive attitude. He also referred to his staff as “uneducated”. Won’t be going back there. Listen to the negative reviews, they are trueDiagnosis by vet “Dogs don’t talk”

This place is a joke. Dr. Kim is more like Dr. Frankenstein.Finding a good Veterinarian is very hard these days, Veterinary medicine is not about providing the best care for your pet it is about getting as much money out of you through the love of your pet. Don’t get me wrong I understand having a pet is expensive but if we’re gonna pay we should be paying for the best services, diagnosis, treatment and knowledgeable staff not for a rude Dr. that doesn’t listen, acts smug and doesn’t even touch your pet.Dr. Kim is one of the coldest and uncaring veterinarian. He treats his customers, staff and most importantly the patients (pets) with more disrespect than I have ever seen before my unfortunate appointment with him.Please think twice before entrusting Dr. Kim and I use the word “doctor” vaguely. You can do so much better for your beloved pet. Going elsewhere that may cost more money but may actually save you money in the end and most importantly ensure good quality veterinary care for your pet

Dr. Kim and the lovely lady at the reception desk were both very kind and professional. I had to bring my cat in as I was concerned about her rapidly deteriorating health, and Dr. Kim was honest with me about all of my options. Unfortunately, my poor kitty had to be put down, as she was in critical condition, but Dr. Kim was so comforting and understanding. Your fur babies are in the best hands here.

My first visit went pretty awesome. The lady grooms really perfect! I like how she loved and cared about pet's details and made my kids look really cute and stunning! also the workers were really friendly too. def revisiting the place for grooming again.

I'm very happy with my experience, reception is very friendly and was happy to answer all my questions over email prior to me booking an appointment for my 2 month old chihuahua.We went during the Covid, and everything looked very clean, they weren't busy as a lot of places arent during this pandemic.We booked appointment same day, and they took my pup in, made her feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions about my new pupThey are very reasonably priced, and I'm happy I chose this clinic for my pet.

Thank you Dr. Kim and staff for helping my dog on such short notice. I called around 5 vets around me and they were all unavailable. My dog was bleeding around the eyes and needed treatment ASAP. Dr. Kim saw my dog and explained the possibile causes and recommended treatment options. He printed out estimates for the treatment which helped me make a decision. After the initial visit and a follow up appointment, my dog got a lot better. He is fully recovered now. Highly recommend.

My pooch had some dental issues back in December and Dr. Kim was amazing!! I was very nervous having my dog put under anesthetic but Dr. Kim and his team kept me informed every step of the way and made the experience and positive as possible. After care was great as well. 3 Months after I had a question and left a voice mail on a Sunday afternoon. I never expected that Dr. Kim would call me back that very same night! 5 star experience all round. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kim regularly treats my and my mom's total of 5 pets - including a now ancient outdoor cat whose lives he's saved on more than one occasion, and four poodles of various sizes. He's kind, professional, accessible, accommodating, thorough, and follows up on his patients' healing progress. I totally trust him with my kids ... errr ... pets :)).

This vet has the best team from u walk in the door ur greeded with smiles. They treat ur animal in front of u when possible heloing to ease the anxeity of the little family pet. The doctor is so informing on everythimg. Amd there affordable. Always answer email reasonable time 10/10

I arrived home from work on a Friday evening (Aug 9) to find my dog in the middle of eating something he shouldn't have. He ate a lot of it. I called my vet, but even though the clinic closed at 6pm, the doctors had left at 4. Not wanting to use an emergency vet, I called 6 different clinics, all with closing hours of 7 and 8 pm, only to find that their doctors had all left at 4. I finally called the Steeles-Yonge Animal Clinic, as they closed at 9, and Dr. Joseph Kim was still there. They allowed for us to come in right away, even though we had never been there before. They took good care of my dog and did not send me into the poor house. They were kind, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this location!!
