Mandy and Gusto 54 Catering were absolutely essential in creating the most perfect wedding day for us. Firstly, Mandy is the most kind hearted person who truly wishes to see you have the wedding of your dreams. From the beginning she was extremely engaged, setting up multiple virtual meetings to get to know us and make our vision come to life. She was incredibly organized, approachable and thorough in our wedding preparations and was so willing to work with us on multiple different levels. Unfortunately our original wedding venue had to cancel last minute, and Mandy went above and beyond to be the first to reach out to us in the midst of a very panicked moment offering her assistance to help us navigate finding a new venue within very short notice. She reached out to and connected us with multiple venues until we found the perfect one! This one act was nowhere in her job description but is just one example to show how absolutely above and beyond she will go for you.Now for the good part — The food!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We can’t count how many compliments we received on the menu and appetizer options. Mandy and the head Chef truly went the mile to create a very unique and delicious wedding menu for us and it did not disappoint! Everyone loved the fact that the food was very palatable to all but not your boring classic wedding meal. The service from the gusto 54 team throughout the evening was flawless and extremely attentive!We cannot say enough good things about Mandy and the Gusto 54 catering team, if you’re contemplating — just go for it!! Gusto and my landlord partnered together on providing a a DIY" pasta kit to every resident in our building. It was a really cool gesture from Gusto to provide fresh (FRESH!) pasta

Our wedding was catered by Gusto 54 a couple of weeks ago and we could not have chosen a better team. From the beginning Mandy sold us on the vision at our first inquiry meeting. I could immediately tell that the process would run like a well oiled machine and we hadn't even talked about food yet. There were tons of appetizers to choose from that satisfy all dietary needs, the main itself was incredible, and many options were presented to us regarding the best way to serve a large and very excited party efficiently. I was already a huge fan of Gusto restaurants and am so happy that I had the opportunity to share my love for this food/incredible service with friends and family from out of town (who are still raving to us about the experience).

Customer service is great. Food was just okay for what I paid. Wouldn't order again. I got the salmon biscuit and mac and cheese bites. Mac and cheese was good, but the biscuits were so so dry.

Working with Mandy and the Gusto team was an absolute dream! Not only did Mandy handle all of our rentals, but she was organized, friendly, and just so down to earth. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests were raving about it all evening. I would strongly recommend Gusto to anyone hosting a large (or small) event and guarantee you will be in amazing hands!
