Citrus Hair Salon

I have been going to Citrus for years and from day one , Raana and the whole team have always gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my results. When I first came into the salon I had a bad mix of different colours , roots , grey , and box dye and Raana explained that to get where I wanted to be it might be a process but she would keep my hair healthy and get me where I wanted to be as fast as she could. She fixed my hair in that first appointment ! Since then I have gone back for not just colour and highlights but also extensions ( she’s incredible at what she does ) I have loved my hair every single time I’ve left and I’ve also loved the time spent there - lattes and snacks included?? Yes please !

Had the best experience at Citrus! My first appointment was for a haircut and my second was just a blowout. Both were fantastic! Meaghan really listened to what vision I had for the cut and she definitely delivered. The blowout was also very well done. The customer service at citrus is always my fav, free snacks and oat milk latte? Yes please!! Thanks again Meaghan!

I got a haircut here on a whim with Meghan, whom I’ve never seen before. She was nice and pleasant but didn’t listen to my requests. My hair was long, with long layers. I asked for one inch off the overall length, soft long layers, with face framing layers in the front. I ended up with about four inches cut off and so many short aggressive layers that I don’t even know what to do with my hair. I am honestly embarrassed and will have to tie back my hair until these layers grow back. The short layers are so short that I can’t even style my hair with loose waves as I normally do. There’s a big difference between one inch and four inches. To all the hair stylists out there, when a client asks for one inch, please respect their request and only cut off an inch. I’m guessing it will take about six months to grow out my new mullet, I’m really upset.

I had gone to get my hair color corrected . The color I had before going for color correction was far much better. I don’t understand what colour they gave me . My hair has never been so damaged in the recent years . I spended $ 450 . I feel so bad . My hair was done by gypsy.

I had a very good experience here. Isabelle Segovia was my stylist and she did a great job. She took time with the consultation, and my results looked exactly like what I expressed wanting in terms of the cut and colour. I was also able to get treatment for my very damaged hair which had visible results. The other staff also did a great job in making the environment welcoming. From being greeted at the front, to the other stylists offering me snacks while my hair was being done- the service went above and beyond. I suggest this place to friends and family whenever I get the chance.

I’m sad to write this because I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately the cut I got was a bit of a disaster. I got my hair cut here a few days ago and I was pretty skeptical when I left the salon but after going home and washing/styling it myself a few times I’m still pretty unhappy with the results. I wanted some soft, long layers and blunt bangs and what I ended up with was chunky layers and very thick choppy bangs — the layers themselves are so heavy that it makes the ends of my hair look quite stringy. I have naturally wavy hair and I don’t think this was taken into account at all. The result is very unflattering and difficult to style — I hope it grows out quickly.

I have been seeing my girl Meaghan for almost two years now, she does exactly what I ask for and I never leave disappointed! She makes my hair look better and better each time I see her. I have reccommened her to friends of mine who say the exact same thing.She is stuck with me forever now! Just got my hair done yesterday and I am obsessed, so fresh and bright! Recommend her a million times over!

My master stylist, Lora, was tasked with my complex colour correction, and she did phenomenal work. I trusted her, and she proved beyond a doubt how capable she was and how skilled she is. I am grateful for the knowledgeable receptionist who listened to my needs and recommended Lora for the job. The salon itself is immaculate and well-organized.Appreciated bonuses included snacks offered before and during my appointment and feminine products in the washroom, which are both thoughtful touches.

*Update*The salon reached out and offered a complimentary service after the last experience, and it was indeed, 5 out of 5: the colour is great still, the stylist was fantastic.They showed a lot of care and I will definitely come backp.s. Kat is amazing :)Went to do root touchups. The colour turned out to be great! The process however was very painful, the stylist was pulling my hair, she used a very hot blow dryer, and at some point I just noticed a bunch of my hair was in her hands. The whole process felt like a torture, and after that you pay a lot of money. Maybe I was just not lucky with my stylist
