Diem’s Urban Nails

They say their businesses is open during a normal week day with typical hours yet they can not answer the phone, I have tried several times with no answer. Very unprofessional plus they give no option to leave a voicemail with your contact infor or questions.

I called her close to 5 last minute" and explain to her Im leaving town for a few days and that my nails were over due and one was broken and when would she be able to book me in. She said she could do it right away. So I went.Her salon is so nice and clean. She takes her time listens to your needs and does amazing work. She is also amazing at designs. By the end I find out she closes at 6 and I was there till 7:30.I felt horrible for keeping her there so late but she didnt and wanted to help and make sure my nails got done! She fixed a nail

I had a great experience at Diems urban nails. The environment was clean and she pays such close attention to detail and is so precise. My nails are so nice and symmetrical too. There’s lots of colours to choose from and everything is fairly priced for the great work diem did!

I had a new set of nails put on, and a pedicure - it's the best I've ever gotten. The shop is lovely and clean and the outcome of my services was absolutely amazing! I'll be back for sure!!!

First time going to her after wasting so much money on botched nails. she was perfect. I won't go anywhere else from now on. She took her time. Listened and did exactly what I wanted. Very detailed and picky, making sure eveything was just right. I'd tell anyone to check her out!

She is fantastic. My nail beds aren’t the easiest to work with and the nails are beautiful every time. I always ask for a new shape and color and it’s never an issue. Also I had my nails on for 6-7 weeks before I had any chipping or cracking. Highly recommend!

Diem's nails are perfection! She goes above and beyond to make your nails look perfect. My nails last five weeks, with no lifting at all. Deff the best place to go for acrylic nails. They are super thin and durable. Diem's nail prep is amazing she clips your cuticle and really takes her time, Lots of colors as well. Highly recommend her!!!!

If I could give this amazing woman more than five stars I would! Six weeks ago today my daughter had a set of nails done at this shop, and my mind is blown because today six weeks later she still has a full set of nails no fill yet. I must mention my daughter is an extreme nail biter and had very little nail to work with, which she forgot to mention when making an appointment. My daughter has never had a full set past the two to three week point. Most of the time when she has gotten nails they pop off like crazy. The appointment took longer than expected but it doesn't bother me a bit seeing the results. We have spent alot of money on nails lol! This set ended up costing 70 because of the extra care needed to build these beautiful nails with very little foundation. In my opinion money well spent. Will definitely be my daughter's go to spot. Very happy with this spot!

Even though I've had my nails done here several times, she now refuses to do a fill because someone else initially put them on. She's too scared""
