Sue is awesome. She knows exactly what to do for my hair. It’s overall a great experience. I enjoy great conversation while getting my hair done it’s a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Sue is the best! I appreciate the time she takes to understand my hair goals. Our consultations are always very thorough and she has educated me on what products I need to be using. I trust her decision when it comes to hair cuts when it comes to maintenance on coming in for a haircut; how much I should be cutting off, different styles, and colours. All around good service when you walk in and call to make an appointment. The store is always clean and presentable.

My daughter’s grade 8 grad was this past Tuesday, and we went here to have an up do done. Shabano was excellent! She didn’t mind me taking pictures while she was working on her hair and my daughter loved what she had done. All the staff here are friendly and we will continue to go here for all our hair cutting needs.

I have been going to Hair Fitness for years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Stephanie is my go-to girl and she does an amazing job with my hair. She always knows exactly what style and color will suit me best and does a fantastic job. She is extremely talented and efficient and I can't thank her enough! If you are looking for a great cut and color, Hair Fitness is the best place in Whitby!

I have been coming to Hair Fitness for over 10 years. My hairstylist named Sue is top-notch. She knows exactly how to cut my hair like no one else can, plus she has a very positive outlook on life and is very pleasant to talk to. Most of the other staff have also provided good customer service with scheduling. Rating for Sue from 1-10 is 12+. The rest of the staff would be 8/10 with customer service. Mind you, I only had one other person cut my hair there, but she didn’t know how to properly cut my hair the way that I like it to be done. I will not go to anyone else except Sue.

My mom had her haircut and eyebrow waxing done and she loved it! Azeeza did a great job and she is kind and welcoming to us. The price is reasonable. Will definitely come back for more service.

Not a great service experience.The are just 2 good stylists there, rest are full of attitude and don’t care about customers convenience.Try them on your own risk..:(
