Baba's Pizzeria

Tue food was great I had 2 different pizzas while I was there and my co-workers got the cheese burger platters, which were amazing as well. The staff are super friendly!

UPDATE: 4/21/2023 Me and the wife had to venture back to try the donair pizza as it was regarded as the best my coworker ever had. Admittedly doesn't even care for donair normally. She told me that she still orders the donair pizza quite often even still. And was it ever worth the trip out. Definitely the best donair pizza I've had. This is after trying donair pizza from the donair giants throughout HRM. I still can't say enough about how welcoming the staff are at babas. This was my first experience with Baba's and it did not disappoint. I went to the location, ordered, and took it home to Spryfield. My wife and I had a 2pc. fish and chips with a poutine and a small donair. Food was absolutely delicious and we will be trying the pizza next time!

We just moved to the area, and we’re so happy there is a local gem to get take out from since we are in a fairly rural area. The pizza is so good! They have a huge menu, which we are excited to explore. Lots of variety, great prices and family run, which makes us proud to support local. Thanks Babas!

Babas was awesome one of the few places in harrietsfield to grab some grub and its always fresh and hot. Portions are large and staff is very nice eat in or take out your choice. Try the clams, donairs or the chicken finger subs yummm!!

Context: We don't have the money for take out at the moment but got swept away in the good vibes of our date day and talked ourselves into Baba's after reading some of their great reviews.I called ahead to save a bit of waiting time, the person on the phone was a bit abrupt but fine. Donair pizza & garlic fingers combo, chicken fingers and fries... Oh, and extra donair sauce.My husband went in and paid, they said a couple more minutes and they'd bring it to the car. Great, friendly service and wow the heavy weight of the pizza boxes! We were so hungry we went straight home to devour it and my husband was SO excited for the donair pizza!!We dove into the garlic fingers - delicious! Donair sauce - delicious! My chicken fingers were good and the fries are tasty and well salted.Then the donair pizza. Oh, the crushing disappointment. He just about managed to finish one slice but declared it inedible and we ended up throwing the rest of the large pizza out as it was unsalvageable. We had paid good money with the intention of leftovers but it was wasted. The pizza was so... Oily? Juicy? We don't know but it was so wet that the dough was saturated and the box was seeping.As I said, everything else was good, but unfortunately the pizza tainted the experience for us. Especially after having read everyone's reviews that the pizza was 'incredible' and 'the best in the city'!

The Chicken Caesar Salad is delicious!

Really good pizza! We usually order there for dinner on Friday and we'll keep doing it!Update: It's been 10 months and it is now my favorite pizza place! Donairs/Donair Sub are really good too.

Stopped at Baba's Pizzeria on my way home from Crystal Crescent for a large slice of pizza for $5. My friend recommended to stop here for pizza. Definitely worth the stop, it was delicious with loads of toppings and the owners were very kind. Would definitely recommend to stop here after the day at the beach if your in the mood for a slice of pizza!
