Love the customer service here! I've had my nails done by almost everyone there an they always say hello when I'm there. Last time I was in Wendy did my nails and they look amazing! I love them!

I had a great experience. Very nice staff does very good nails. My aunts nail tech kimmy did her nails a bit wonky, and weird shaped.she complained and she re shaped them for her. My nail hailey was really good. She did a great job. I couldn’t find anything bad about it

Anna did a really great job! Reading some reviews I was a bit skeptical to come here but from start to finish I enjoyed my pedicure. She was very nice and everything was great. Definitely will be back!

A year ago I had my nails done here. It was thick, wavy lines, super ugly. I told the supervisor and she took me back to the esthetician (who barely spoke English) and I had to walk through each nail to the acceptable standard of how gel nails should be done. If you're paying for a service by a professional, you should expect them to know what the standard is.

This place has really gone down. Used to be so kind. When we arrived they kept pressuring us to upgrade to shellac when we wanted the spa pedicure with regular polish, they insisted it will take 30 minutes to dry. We said that the dry time was not a problem. After a splotchy paint job they place a fan on our nails for 20 minutes. They then proceed to place flimsy disposable flip flops on our feet and tell us to walk around the mall for half an hour to dry the polish. They did not tell us we need to bring sandals to dry the polish when purchasing the gift certificates or when we called to make an appointment. Why pay for service if its not done by the time you leave, I do not go to the hair salon to leave with wet hair so why am I leaving a nail salon with wet nails. They should not offer nail polish if they are just going to insist you get the shellac.

So, was off to a good start, got in right away, everything set up and ready. The girls that were working with me and lady beside me carried on in their own language to the point where it was rude. The girl working on me nicked me twice (I jumped, so she knew she hurt me) and no apology. The one nick is a very visable 3mm hole on top of my toe, other one is smaller, but both hurt the same still today (appt was yesterday). As it was my first pedicure, I was not sure what to expect. My nails are all uneven and different shapes. However, they are perfectly polished. I would not come back, nor recommend it
