NEVER WORE A MASK. GOOD EXAMPLE FROM A GOVERMENT EMPLOYEEShe straight up lied. Said no 10 day permits on 20+ year old vehicles. And nothing she can do. I showed her the mto website law. And she said she did not care. Her house her rules.Went to Lambeth MTO got a 10 day no problem and they said they will be calling head office about the exeter location.

I am always afraid to go into ServiceOntario after some stressful experiences over the years at other locations. I am happy to say the experience today was incredible. The lady working at the counter was very positive and professional, and worked through my requests in record time.

Basics...no one picks up the phone and there is no mailbox set up. Very unprofessional for a Service Ontario. Cannot verify anything before you go there.

Its hit and miss any more, finding someone that will actually do their job. Some of the ladies are great then all of a sudden your dealing with a hag who really doesn't want to work . I thought Exeter stopped hiring miserable people years ago .Tried Exeter again, steer clear of the red head as she is apparently really hates her job . Other ladies are great and actually know what their doing. Wish they trained the one I stood in front of.After my birth certificate was supposedly insufficient for this unprofessional woman , I drove to Clinton and produced the same exact paper work to get my health card . And this professional friendly lady sent me away with my temporary health card and a smile. I should have went there in the first place. She said all the numbers she needed were on the card and legible.Exeter should send this clerk back for training or find her a more suited position in the back room away from the public who pay her wage.

I’m a little late on this, but I have no idea why the reviews on here are so bad. Maybe they’ve changed employees since then, cause the ladies that were in there both times I went were incredibly helpful and nice. There was never a line, quickest service Ontario I’ve ever been to, and I had such a nice conversation with them the second time I went. Was well worth driving from Waterloo to go here. I hope the reviews on here turn around, cause this was my favorite service Ontario by far, and I’ve been to ones in Waterloo, Kitchener, Owen sound, and Guelph.

I had a great experience on September 26. The gentleman who assisted me was Younus and he was very attentive, helpful and quick to assist all customers that came in while I was there. I enjoyed my interaction with him which in turn gave me a good experience at Service Canada in Exeter.

This office is way under staffed. One very stressed lady to handle walk in. People and service local dealerships. I waited outside in the cold for 45 minutes with 5 other people, to be turned away at 1 when it closed. Service it was not. Please hire more staff.

Grumpy, rude lady working the desk is full of misinformation. Even when proven wrong she still refused to do her job. Also, they do not answer the phone.

Office hours are posted on door and online as Mon-Fri 9-5, got there today at 9:58am, door was locked, office dark. Need to replace a lost trailer plate. Complete waste of time. Terrible office now.

Terrible service. Tried to get dead brothers health card canceled. She tried to tell me they would cancel at the hospital. She gave me no information as to what I could do. I went to Goderich office, 5 min. It was done. Nope, never will I go to Exeter office again. Not sure what this lady is getting paid to do...
