Stay away .I ordered a full set of windows and doors for new construction in September 2022. I chose this company over Kohler as they were supposed to be good quality and the salesman quoted a much better delivery time. Unfortunalty, once ALLSCO gets your money they will not service their product. My patio door will not close properly and a rep from the company admitted it is faulty. That was in early April. I still have a patio door that will not close and communication from the company is non existent. They are great to deal with until you pay them then they seem to disappear. BEWARE.

i have placed more than one order. The quality of the plastic casing is about the same as other companies. The window closure is subpar to other companies and it breaks very easily, forget about putting their windows on a tenant scenario, - won’t last long.Their warranty is another joke, they will charge you $100 to send a service technician out, who in return will have a bandaid response type to your window.

I buyed a 7 years new house and one of the windows needs to be replaced. When I called them ( the windows have a liife time warranty) to replace , they said that you are not the original woner of the house .Stay way from this company.

So disappointed. I have been an Allsco customer for over 15 years. In this time, I have used their windows/doors to build a house, replaced windows/doors in two other houses. They had a great product with good customer service in Dartmouth, NS. Unfortunately, the head office is in New Brunswick. Any warranty work is put through them and they do not have the same good qualities as the Dartmouth location.We purchased double garden doors with a screen door last spring. The doors were installed, and the screen door did not work. It would catch anytime we tried to slide it. The lock for the screen door was put on the outside of the door??? There was a strip of rubber that was supposed to keep the bugs out but it didn't make any contact with the garden door. So essentially, it was a open floating screen that was useless.They sent a service technician who agreed it was a design flaw. There was no way for them to repair it. We then discovered Allsco discontinued this product because of the default.In order to make the doors functional we would have to install vented kits at our expense even though they had sold us a faulty product.After many months of trying to get this done. They scheduled an appt, rescheduled it, and showed up late without any communication. Then demanded payment for $115 service fee before they would leave.When we received the bill, there was no mention of this service charge. I called to question it. We were not required to pay a service charge. However, the accounting department could not find any record of payment. I was asked to provide proof of the payment (instead of asking their service technician who processed the payment) before they would credit the fee. I provided the receipt from the technician. They still could not find the payment??? They further requested that we prove that we made the payment by showing them our bank statement because they didn't trust us?I expressed my disappointment in the mishandling of the entire situation as this took well over a year to resolve. I requested a manager phone me. Larissa decided to instead send me another invoice via email and offered to have the accounting department call me to arrange payment.Apparently it was not worth her time to make an actual phone call or address any concerns even though Larissa is titled as the Customer Service Manager. If they don't care how they treat their customers and they misplace their customers money, they don't deserve your hard earned money. There are plenty of other companies who do.
