Good luck finding parking cars and commercial vehicles the place is packed by RV's camping in parking lot permanently.

Signs saying no camping or overnight parking. This place now has tents and RV'S that are basically living here. Was a great place to stop on the way to the coast from the Okanagan. Garbage all over the place.

Great bathroom!!!! LolClean and warm. Plus the tap water is warm and there’s always hand soap.There’s a lot of RVs and even a huge tent/structure when you first pull in. I’ve never been bothered by anyone but it does give me a sense of anxiety thinking I’m entering someone’s home. Still. The bathroom is great and there is even has wifi.

No tp smells better than most and floors clean aur dryer didn't work and no papertowel dispenser but soap and cold water. So bring hand sanitizer..

Lots of room for cars, trucks, campers, etc. Allowed 8 hours to rest. The lot and washrooms are clean. Garbage cans spread out, no reason to litter!I always carry my own soap, towel, Lysol, and toilet paper.No one bothers you here.For the person complaining about RV's and campers parked on the truck" side

This is the only rest area for people driving west on Highway 1 after Hope. It was good before. However, recently, some parking spots were occupied by some RVs illegally. They take the parking spots to be their property. Luckily, the washroom condition is still acceptable.

Restrooms closed last time i was there. Six or eight permanent residents some of whom take truckers spots. Sani-dump is working

The bathrooms are fine. There are alot of squatters in the parking area but they're respectful and considerate of travelers
