Worst nails I have ever gotten ever!! Took forever for my acrylic nails and my brothers’ gel polish. His nails where nothing like the photo he showed and my nails where all different lengths, different shapes and where lumpy! They over charged us and we complained and didn’t offer a discount nothing. Absolutely the worst nails I have ever had!!

I am overjoyed to have my nails ready at Katie's Naul Spa for my wedding day. Katie and her team made me feel like a princess in our big day! They are always amazing, but for that day they went beyond to make me happy and my nails amazingly stunning!

It’s not a luxury place , but it’s pricey .For just a simple pink gel , No manicure No cut No nail file , I was charged 27$. I prefer do manicure and file my nails by my self with my own professional instruments at home, So I did all and just go for gel. I think 27$ for just gel is too much.

Coming regularly for my nails. Jackie always did my nails look so good and the design always hit. The acrylic look so natural. And price is reasonable

Katie did an amazing job doing my acrylic gel set. I have been coming to her nail salon for months now and never leaving dissatisfied. Every time I show her (or the other nail techs) a picture of what I would like she always succeeded or does a better job than the picture! I highly recommend Katie’s Nail spa to be your go to nail salon!

I’ve gone to this salon many times for a regular gel manicure. I only see Brittany or Katie. For every nail salon, the quality you get really depends on the person doing your nails. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been in Vancouver. It’s not a luxurious place but it’s fine for getting your nails done on the regular.

The women at Katies Nails are the best, they are meticulous with every detail of the manicure. Definitely the cleanest set of nails I've ever gotten every time I go to them.

I visited this store I exactly don’t remember the date we had to wait for an hour just for the eyebrows then this lady I don’t remember the name I told her to do the eyebrows natural she cut one end of my brow short and then told me to cover that with eyebrow pencil and messed it I am still waiting for it to grow long will never visit this place even Surrey is better

I am very satisfied with the service! I had my first appointment with Leah. She is really nice and professional. I am a bit picky about the shape and symmetry of my nails and she did a GREAT job! I would definitely recommend this place.
