Clean and comfortable. Restaurant on premises and walking distance. Rocky Mountaineer makes these reservations to coordinate with the train schedule in Kamloops.

Prestige Kamloops Hotel
Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free coffee available for guests in the lobby. Restaurant on site. Pool with a water slide and hot tub. Pet friendly. Would stay again.

Prestige Kamloops Hotel
Newly renovated the room are modern, clean and quiet. They also have a pool, fitness room and hot tub. Great location, right next to Aberdeen mall and if you're just stopping over for the night, you can pop on and off the freeway easily.The staff were so friendly and helpful. Took the time to give us advice for where to go for happy hours nearby. Which was a great suggestion.We will definitely be back. I'm hoping the new farm to table restaurant will be open when we are.

New (or newly renovated?), good location, friendly and helpful staff, but: as described in many of the other subset of poor ratings, the service I booked wasn't available; in my case it was electricity. I had been on the road for awhile and needed a reliable internet connection to teach a two-hour class. a few hours after checking in, I was informed that the power was to be shut off for maintenance for the day. The manger arranged an alternate room in another hotel, and I was able to teach, but still. my feeling is they should alert guests when they're booking that a planned, substantial power outage will occur during their stay--instead of taking the guest's money and then informing them of the planned power outage.

Check in is always a nice experience, I keep coming back and it is consistently friendly, efficient and professional.Rooms are very clean and comfortable. One side faces the highway and can be a bit noisy. But the hotel supplies complimentary earplugs if you request them. Now I just ask for the opposite side of the building and have always been accommodated.The new restaurant Isagani is very good quality, priced fairly for what you get. This morning I had the sausage crepes with real hollandaise, perfectly roasted potatoes and nice pickled onions. Very nice breakfast and superior level of service.The pool and hot tub are always on my to do list when I stay here. It's especially nice to see the snow coming down outside the big windows as I soak in the hot tub and relax.This is my top pick for hotel in Kamloops.

Prestige Kamloops Hotel
Wonderful experience! Will be coming back for sure if ever visiting Kamloops again. The staff were thoughtful and friendly. They helped us check in early as we needed the room to prepare for an event. The rooms were clean, modern and pleasant to stay over at night.

Prestige Kamloops Hotel
Rooms were clean but not spectacular. Did allow our dogs and had a convenient door so we didn’t have to go through the lobby all the time.Staff were not helpful when I requested a pillow that was not feather due to a severe allergy. Had no idea what to do so I slept without a pillow!Restaurant prices were extremely high.Traffic noise was terrible. Got no sleep. Book rooms on the side away from the highway if you stay there!

Prestige Kamloops Hotel
The rooms and hotel are beautiful. It’s in a convenient location and is very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The only minor complaint I have is that the bed frame corners are pretty jagged. I accidentally hit my leg on one and it was pretty sharp. Maybe some rubber or something over the would be ideal. Overall though a very nice stay and would return.

This hotel is on a major highway so very noisy did offer ear plugs!The staff were friendly but not over helpful.Food available was not what we wanted so went for a walk but food options were limited either shut permanently or not open mon.Our bathroom had one bath towel and 4 floor mats.The beds were very comfortable.
