I found them to be rude. I went to test drive a car with my son and he said we both could not go for the test drive. It's his 1st car and I'm more experienced then my son. Very dismissive and kept trying to close the hood on me while I was looking. I can only imagine how we would be treated after had we purchased the vehicle. Won't be back to buy a vehicle and sure won't be back for service.

Went here to get an alignment. I dropped off my car, and later on I received a call from Hank saying that an alignment wouldn't be possible because I had rotted threads, and that I needed new tie rods. I was charged to be told that they couldn't do the alignment. I took the car to another shop afterwards to get these issues checked out, where I was told that there was nothing rotted and no tie rods needed to be replaced, and that my car just needed an alignment. This shop ended up getting the alignment done for me.I'm not sure what issues Hank had with doing this alignment for me, but it wasted a lot of my time and money for no reason.

i wont go back again . i called and they said to check car 75 dollar and that will deduct from fixing car . just to put one bolt they charged me 125 dollar . i wont go back never in my life . highest scam ever seen in saint john . they just lifted car and wait to make one hour to charge 75 dollar and they will lock the door , so nobody will see wat they doing . super scam . never go back

Perfect way to buy a car! Tell Hank what you want and how much you can spend. He does the shopping registration etc. No fuss and oh so easy. Hank is very good at what he does and backs up his word.

they did oil change and my car leaking oil and start heating car . now i need to fix my engine . Seems like they dont know what they doing . Be careful

I took my Jetta to 4 different auto shops before Hank finally figured out the electrical issue I was having last year. Always truthful, reasonable prices and great customer service. Won’t be going anywheres else.

EXCELLENT SERVICE- I have been dealing with Hank the Mechanic for a year now-I was told by another service place that i had a hole in my exhaust-I took my car in for my inspection today-the only thing wrong was i had dirty brakes and bent hood latch-was all fixed for a good price. And seeing how that i am a women, he and his staff have treated me with respect and tells it how it is. I will be dealing with Hank as long as I have my car. Posted this message on March 21, 2013.

When I called about having four tires on rims installed the owner said it would be $65.00 plus tax! I worked in a shop myself and that price is outrageous! And he was rude with me when I said that's a little steep

I HIGHLY recommend Hank The Mechanic. Hank can solve even the toughest issues with your vehicle. He is very thorough and pleasant to deal with. I won't take my BMW anywhere else! PS: Jill is GREAT too :)
