So disappointed. Will not be returning.Kens came highly recommended. Had several pieces appraised for resale, and a bail replaced on a pendant.The appraisals came all on one sheet, virtually useless for our purposes. Was not made aware that if we wanted them on separate sheets we had to pay full price for each appraisal instead of the graduated pricing they gave us. When discussing this afterwords was told that ink was expensive and that was the way “everyone” did appraisals. Immediately checked with a different jeweller, and they did not do appraisals that way.Was told that worn bail should be replaced rather than built up as before, not told the bail would not look the same as the original. Would have just gotten it built up again if I had known this. The mismatched bail takes away from the piece.Also claws replaced on my ring, that was close to what I expected.Very poor communication with describing services and no attempt to assist when I voiced my disappointment. Will never do business there again. :(

They did a wonderful job cleaning and fixing all my jewelry. They also did very well with the appraisals and provided greatly detailed papers. Price wasn't bad either and they were very understanding to our needs when we had to make payments on a when we can" basis."

Amazing service in there. The young man who helped myself and my grandma was very helpful and quick to ask what he could do for us. All i needed was a medical braclet engraved, and we got it figured out quickly in how it should go. Will defiedently come back here when i am in Prince George again for any jewlery needs.

This place is so helpful, I went in having no idea what to get my mother for but the staff helped me pick the perfect necklace that was a reasonable price. My mother loved it so much she almost forgave me for forgetting her birthday again

I had my favourite watch break months ago and was scared to send it away in fear of the cost of repair. I decided to call around locally and Kens was third call i made. They were the first to offer watch repair and were very up front about how it may take a few weeks but the price was quoted extremely fair. Flash forward they called and let me know my watch was ready to be picked up. Extremely friendly staff and ended up paying half of quoted price. Im extremely happy to have my watch back and would recommend their service to anyone.
