I contacted Austin for a quote, I wanted to get my windows and doors done before the winter starts. He gave me a very competitive rate, was extremely professional, showed up on time and did the job really well. However he promised a 10 year warranty document which is still not delivered even after requesting it multiple times. He did a great job but I just wanted to mention that I never got the warranty that he promised.

Called them for caulking all around my house windows and doors. Austin's team arrived on time and did amazing job. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their old caulking removed and apply new seals. I would definitely use them again but that would be long time later since this caulking will last a decade or more :D

Austin and his crew are a rare find nowadays. Austin came right away to give a quote, was very thorough in explaining his services and products. His crew was exceptional. They did a great job! They were very generous with the amount of caulking and they took care to match the colours to the areas they worked on. Re-caulking my windows has helped make my house look newer and it will extend the life of my windows. I can't say enough good things about this company. You won't regret hiring them!
